Yeah, Alex put her on the spot because if he would have asked her, she would have probably reasoned it is way too soon. Let's hope it works out for them. ;)

As happy as I am for them to be married so suddenly... I can't help but fear it was a bad idea.. oh man!!

As I started reading the chapter, and before I got to where it was announced, I had a feeling that's what it was leading up to. :O Surprised that he made it happen so quickly.
But great job with the update! It was so sweet, and I love how Charlie just went with her heart. Was a little worried there that she wouldn't agree and they'd still be stuck leaving each other. :(
But I love how he just had the lady come and just start declaring matrimony. Like he didn't even ask Charlie first LMAO. Guess it was just easier than dealing with a hassling argument. :P
But he's so sweet to her, aww. He really doesn't want to leave her. :') And he's doing so much to make her happy.
Can't wait to see what's in store next. :)

The guy in the bar was a jerk. I'm glad Alex was able to reassure her some of his feelings but I have a feeling that's still not enough - especially after reading your "next chapter goes boom" comment, lol.

Aw, this one was a bit sweeter. :) Oooh, some other guy kissed her though. Glad Alex stopped it before anything else happened, yikes.
In response to your comment, I'm glad in this new chapter Alex did some reassuring of his love for her. :) They are so cute together.

Yeah, Charlie is being a bit irrational here but that's just the person she is, very emotional. I think she still can't believe a guy like Alex would actually be interested in her.

Chapter 18 was so sweet. <3 But then it just went 360 once reality hit. :/
So sad that they're already fighting. It surprised me though that Alex is willing to give up everything for her. :O He must really love her. :'( But then Sharky was questioning that which I didn't really understand; he was just offering to give up his career for her, and just because they argued over it, she doesn't think he loves her? What?
Hope she doesn't do anything without thinking. :( Or Alex comes back to reassure her.
I love them together so much. So sweet. :'(
He does have to go back to figure things out but who knows? Maybe he could move to Australia with her when he's not touring, haha. ;)

Sigh... the only dilemma now though is what is Alex going to do? Move to Australia? XD Doubt it. Will Sharky be able to return to the U.S.? Hmmm... this might be a stupid question with this second one, but I really am not too knowledgable on all the laws. XD
But they're reunited and happy for now, so that's good. And Alex finally made it official! :DD

Glad you like it, yeah I wanted to drag it out a bit so that the reader can relate to how Sharky just vanished out of his life. It's gonna happen soon. About the driving. Actually every tourist with a valid license of his country of origin is allowed to drive in Australia and vice versa. And actually it's not that hard to get used to. :)

Ugh I'm really wanting some Sharky POV. :( I realize you're probably waiting for that for a reason but I'm so impatient lol.
Great job with the chapter though, Alex is dedicated and it's so sweet. Really hope he's able to find her.
One thing to point out that may take some research is the driving aspect. Since it's opposite side of the road driving, is he allowed to do that if he's not used to it? I'd imagine he needs some sort of license for that... I know a lot of celebrities, when they travel outside of the U.S. where the driving is opposite, they often just have a driver, so I'm thinking there's more to it then him simply being able to drive. Unless you would provide background on how he's done it before, that could also clarify that. But just something to keep in mind to make sense with the story.
