Summary

"Why the fuck would you do this to me, Aurora?" Alex cried out, trying to pick his friend up off of her bed. There was too much blood this time. There was no way he was going to be able to save her like he had time and time again. Strains of long, flat red hair fell over Aurora's pale face. She looked as though she was at peace in her sleep, but Alex knew better than that. Her arms dangled lifelessly as Alex carried her to the bathroom next door and set her down. "You gotta wake up for me, okay Princess?" Tears ran down his face, he was a blubbering fool trying to save this girl as he sat both himself and her in the porcelain bathtub and turned the shower on as cold as the water would go. "Wake up!" Alex banged his fist violently onto the wall next to him and started to shake her with his other arm. Maybe this is completely fucking hopeless, he thought to himself, but couldn't let his mind go any further than trying to save the girl. "Come on, Princess." As Alex sat behind Aurora he wrapped his arms around her shoulders and squeezed as his head collapsed on top of hers.
