Perfect Boyfriend

Nyssa's POV:
I watch Alex as he pours drinks, he took the job that Zack offered. He looks so human, and feels human, but his actions gives him away. Which is the main reason as to why I didn't want him to get a job. But he really wanted to have one because he felt bad for me. He was so hard to say no to. "You're staring at him again," Jack says behind me and I jump. I push up my glasses and check my braids. Ever since Alex said I looked sexy with my hair down, I been keeping my hair in braids. I'm to embarrassed. He was the first guy to ever give me a complement. "How did you even meet him?" "Oh. Um. Through someone in one of my classes." "Really?" "Why? What's wrong?" "It's just because I'm in all of your classes..." "Jack?" He looks at me out of the corner of his eyes and then looks away. "Jack-" "Nyssa. I need you to work floor," I hear Zack say. "Okay Zack."

"How about you give me a kiss," the guy says. "Please.. Stop.." The guy pulls me to him and I try to scream for help but it was no use. He turns us and presses me up against the wall. Tears stream down my face and he laughs at me. "I'm well aware that you are a virgin Nyssa," he whispers in my ear. How could I be so stupid? To trust him... To really think that someone was interested in me... He just wanted to take advantage of me... Please stop... Just please stop... "Help!!," I scream. He laughs and slaps me. "No one is coming Nyssa." "Please!! Stop!! Help!!" "You can scream all you want Nyssa!" He laughs and drops me onto the floor. I stare up at him scared, tears streaming down my face. Then a blinding light fills my eyes. "Nyssa! Nyssa wake up!"

I quickly wake up, I'm breathing really hard, Alex is holding me in his arms. "Nyssa. Nyssa it's okay. You're okay." I hug Alex tightly and start sobbing. He holds me tighter and rubs my head and back. I grab his shirt and hold it tightly in my fists and just keep sobbing. I haven't had that nightmare in a long time. That happened right before college started... "Nyssa, it's okay.. You're safe.." Right now, I don't care that Alex is in my room. I need him. We stay this for who knows how long and I slowly calm down. He kisses my hair and I sit up in his lap. He wipes my tears and kisses my forehead. "I'm here Nyssa.. I'm not leaving you.." "Promise Alex..." "I promise." I stare at his lips and look down. "What is it Nyssa?" I look back up at him and kiss his cheek. "Nyssa. This is new." "Thank you Alex...," I whisper in his ear.

"Do you want me to stay with you?" "Yes please.." Alex lays me back down and he lays by me. "I don't know if I can go back to sleep..." "Do you want me to sing to you? I know that helps you relax." "How did you know that?" "You requested for your perfect boyfriend to sing to you. And I collected data of the songs that you like and how music calms you down." Oh.. Right.. "What song do you want me to sing?" "I don't know.." "Sing me to sleep... Sing me to sleep... I'm tired, and I.. Want to go to bed.. Sing me to sleep. Sing me to sleep... And not leave me alone.." I close my eyes and curl up to Alex as he sings Asleep. He rubs my head gently as he sings. "I don't want to wake up on my own anymore...," I whisper as he sang it. He continued to sing as I drift off to sleep.

Jack's POV:
I stare at Nyssa's door, my hand still up in the air in a fist, ready to pound. The wind blows against me, but I barely feel it. My main focus is Nyssa. The main reason as to why I live next door, and why her parents ask me to keep an eye on her, is because of what happened to her right before college started. They know I can keep her safe. They know I care about her. But... I don't think they know how much I really care about her.. I woke up to Nyssa screaming help, and I knew it was the nightmare. I wasted no time and ran over, but before I could pound on the door, it stopped. I listened closely and I could hear a faint of two voices and Nyssa sobbing. Which means... That Alex is here...I lower my hand and open my eyes. I'm used to being the one that's there for Nyssa. I'm used to being the one who would comfort her whenever she had the nightmare... Her parents even gave me a copy of her key. I've spent many nights with Nyssa after she had the nightmare. I always had the key ready on my night stand. But for some reason.. Tonight... I didn't grab it.. Maybe in the back of my mind I knew that she wouldn't need me... I slowly back away from the door and go back to my apartment. I guess Nyssa doesn't need me anymore...

Nyssa's POV:
I slowly open my eyes and see Alex smiling at me. "Alex..," I smile at him and lightly touch his face. "Did you sleep well Nyssa?" "Yeah.. I did. Did you?" "I don't sleep." "Oh.. Right. But were you bored?" "Not at all. I wanted to stay by your side to keep you safe. Also, I find you adorable when you're asleep." I feel my face go warm and roll over so I wasn't looking at him. "Nyssa, why so shy?" He tickles me and I laugh. "Alex stop," I laugh. He leans over me and keeps tickling me. He laughs to and smiles down at me. "There's that smile and laugh that I love." He stops tickling me and moves my hair out of my face. I stare up at him, my heart beating fast. He slides his finger tips down the side of my face and gently holds my chin. "Alex...," I whisper. "Yeah Nyssa...," he whispers while leaning down.

He's inches from my lips when I hear a knock. We both groan and he gets off of me. I get out of bed and put on my glasses. I get to the door and open it, seeing Rian. I glare at him and he smiles, "good morning!" "What do you want." "To discuss a deal with you." I open the door more and he walks in. Alex walks out of my bedroom and stares at Rian. "You make Nyssa uncomfortable and angry." "Alex, it's okay. He's here to make a deal." "Yes yes, so please calm down Alex. Lets sit." We sit down, Alex holds my hand and I scoot closer to him.

"My boss has agreed on a deal." "What is it?" "Well, since you are the first person to ever purchase one of our products. We decided to make a extra special discount." "And what's that?" "We need your help to help Alex to collect female data." "Female data?" "You see, he doesn't know everything about a woman. So we want your help to complete that." "As in..." "Well, you don't have to do it with him just yet, but later down the road." "Stop telling me to do it with him!" "Miss miss. Later on I promise. As of right now, we've only gotten a few emotions and very few happy moments from you. Which is not what we wanted. We need to be able to collect full data in order to make our future products more efficient." "Great to hear that I'm the guinea pig."

"Here's the deal, we'll give you three months to help Alex collect all of the data that he needs. And you don't have to ever pay us." "Wait! What!?" "Yes, I'm serious. But, we do have guide lines. People cannot know that he is a robot. If it is revealed that he's a robot and or that you can help him collect the data in time, we'll charge you full price up front." "You mean... The full price after 20 years total of payment.." "Yes." "DEAL!" "My my miss. I knew you would like this deal." "But do I have to.. Really..." "Don't worry Nyssa, I'll make sure your first time is special," Alex says with a smile. I blush really hard and Rian laughs a bit. "Isn't he such a romantic Nyssa? I can tell he cares about you! And yes, you have to. That will be the last thing we need to complete his data once he collects everything else. Do we have a deal."

I look up at Alex, he's still smiling at me. I just have to help Alex collect data. And I don't have to pay anything. But I have to eventually do it with him... But... "Deal."
