Nyssa's POV:
"Let me this straight... The price you told me the other day was only yearly!?," I scream at Rian over the phone. He's been avoiding the past few days, and he finally answered my calls. "Rian where are you! I'm going to fucking kill you!" Alex quickly stands up, "I'm not being serious Alex..." Alex takes things seriously, than again he's a robot. "Miss it's not that serious! Please listen!" "Ugh. Fine. How many years do I have to pay for." "Twenty. Also keep in mind of the extra fees that also come along with him." I drop my phone and I feel myself fall and Alex catching me. "Nyssa. Are you okay?" I quickly do that math and groan. In twenty years, Alex would look so much younger than me. People won't believe that we're dating. This is more of a serious problem now. Alex gives me my phone, "Miss? Are you still there?" "Yeah..." "Well, be ready to pay me the monthly rate in a few days. Bye bye!" Rian hangs up and I let my phone drop to the floor.

"Nyssa, I can get a job to help pay for the payments." "No no.. This is my fault..." "But that man Zack said I could have a job. I can also be with you more." "It's fine Alex." I can't risk Alex working at my place, people will know he's not human with his strength.

I lean against the bar and cover my face. I can't make enough money to pay Rian the first monthly rate. Even if I work every night until then. It's still not enough. I need a second job. "Nyssa, are you okay?" I move my hands and see Julie looking at me in concern. "Um. It's nothing." "Look Nyssa, I saw you doing math and looked stress. Money problems?" "You can call it that." Julie looks around and slides me a business card. "What is this?" "Look, I know boss doesn't allow us to have two jobs. But sometimes I don't make enough for rent so I have another job on the side." "Wha!-" Julie quickly covers my mouth. "You can't tell anyone. Got that?" I quickly nod and she moves her hand. "I work at this place when I'm not working here. I love working here, but this place pays me more." "Then why don't you quit here?" "This place is like my home. But this place, trust me Nyssa, you'll earn a lot."

"I see you know Julie," the guy says. "Yes sir." "Well she is one of my most popular girls. Hm..." Please please please... "Okay. I'll give you a test run tonight. Seeing that I'm short handed tonight. But if you don't pass tonight you won't get the job." "Thank you so much!" "Nyssa!" I freeze and slowly turn around, Alex is here. Right. He can track me. He runs up and smiles at me, "Nyssa I was waiting for you at school but I never saw you." "I'm fine Alex." "And who is this?" "This is-" "I'm her perfect boyfriend." Alex smiles proudly at this and sets his hands on my waist. "Hmm..." The guy looks over him and smiles a bit. "How would you like a job?" "Uh um-" "I would love one."

Good thing I'm only a waitress and Alex is a waiter. I look in the mirror and try to pull the skirt down more. I can't believe that I have to wear this. But I'm getting a lot of money out of this job so I have to. Alex comes up behind me and smiles down at me. "Nyssa, you look great." He turns me around and puts his hands on my waist. "Uh um.. Thanks..." "You're so cute when you blush and get shy." I push my glasses up and hide my face from him. He gently grabs my chin and lifts my face to look up at him. "I know what will complete your look." He takes one of my braids, takes out the hair tie, and unbraids my hair. "Alex-" "No, just wait." He unbraids the other and runs his hands through my hair. He turns me to face the mirror and I stare at my reflection. "I think you look adorable with braids, but you look sexy with your hair down," he whispers in my ear. I freeze up when he rubs my sides a bit and gently kisses my neck.

I shake my head and push him away. "Nyssa? Did I do something wrong?" I feel my face go really hot and my heart is beating really fast. "Wh-why did you do that?" "I want you to be able to feel comfortable with me. So that one day we can do it." "Why is that function so important?" "Because it's my main function. I have to complete that function. That's how they programmed me." "Just.... Uh..." I don't even know what to say.. It's not his fault, it's the damn company. "What are you two still doing back here!? Get to work!," the boss yells at us. "Sorry!"

"Here's your drink!," I yell over the loud music. I set the drink down on the table, trying to keep my skirt from riding up to much. The guy grabs the drink and smiles up at me. "There's something cute about you! But I can't figure out what!" "Uh um. Thanks!" I start to walk away but he grabs my wrist and his friends laugh. "How about you sit with us for a bit? Take it easy?" "No no, I have to work." "You must be new." He pulls me down and I land beside him on the couch. "Want to know what is also part of your job?," he says in my ear. He wraps his arm around me and he circles one of his finger tips on my arm. I look around the club and it hits me like a brick wall. I need to get out of here! I try to get up but he stops me. "Now now, I've already paid for your time." Him and his friends laugh and he pulls me closer to him. "Please stop..." He laughs in my ear and his hand slides down to my waist. "Alex...," I whisper. "Who's Alex?" He grabs my chin and makes me look at him. "I said. Who's Alex?" "He's my..." "I'm her boyfriend!" He lets go of me and I look up to see Alex glaring down at the guy.

Alex grabs my hand to pull me up but the guy keeps a hold on me. "I don't think so dude, I've already paid for her." "Let go of her." "What are you gonna do, hit me?" Oh shit oh shit oh shit!! "Actually. Yes." Alex pulls me out of the guy's arms and the guy quickly stands up. "Hey fucker. I've already paid for her. Give her back." "How about I give you something else." Alex punches the guy in the face and it sends him back on the couch. "Alex!" Alex pushes me back and picks up the guy by his collar. "Alex stop!" Alex punches him again, making his nose and mouth bleed. "Alex!" "YOU TWO!" Alex stops and we slowly turn around to see the boss. He's glaring at us.

"And don't come back!!," he screams at us. The guards push us out of the club and Alex grabs me from falling. "What the hell was I thinking.." I'm so stupid thinking that this was a normal club. "I need to find a new way to make more money." "Please let me accept that job Nyssa. I really want to help." "But Alex-" "I really care about you Nyssa. I hate seeing you so sad and I know it's because of me. Please let me work." I can't tell if he really means it, or it's because of his programming. "Please Nyssa..." "Um.. Fine Alex.." He smiles and hugs me tightly and I slowly wrap my arms around him. "I promise that I won't fail you Nyssa."
