I woke up on Friday with a smile on my face, knowing that Alex was laying right next to me; snoring softly with his arm wrapped around my waist.
I turned around from our spooning position, to face his messy brown locks, and his completely kissable, slightly parted lips.
I leaned in and kissed them; feeling them kiss back against mine, a few seconds later.
"I see you're awake." I giggled, removing my lips from his.
"Yeah..I am, now." He chuckled, in his sexy sleepy voice.
"Yes you are. So come on, let's get ready to go to school." I tried to get up, but his grip tightened around me.
"Nooo! Let's just stay in and make out and watch movies and make out some more." He whined, burying his face into my neck.
"Aleeexx! Though that does sound tempting, we have to go to school. And besides, it's Friday.." I grinned, and brought my lips close to his.
"After school, we can...do...whatever...we...want." I paused in-between my words, to peck his lips.
The last one lingered for a while, when Alex deepened the kiss, and moved on top of me.
"Can't wait till after school." He whispered against my lips.
"Well, you're gonna have to...cause we're going." I gave him one last peck, before playfully pushing him off of me, and walking into the bathroom to get ready.
I smirked at his groan of sexual frustration, as I teased him by swaying my hips side to side as I walked away.
After we both got ready, we went downstairs and grabbed some blueberry muffins, that Janet made for us.
"Goddammit, Jane. You make the best fucking muffins in the world!" Alex praised her; devouring his muffin.
Janet smacked him on the arm, and shushed him.
"Alexander! Stop using that fowl language in front of that girl; did I teach you any manners at all?!" She joked, giving him a stern look.
"Oh no, she doesn't mind. She loves me and my dirty mouth, don't you, babe?" Alex said, walking over to me and giving me a wet, sloppy kiss on the cheek.
"Eww, Alex! Chill out!" I laughed, pushing him away and faking a grimace.
"But, you love me though. Right?" He smirked, placing his hands on my hips.
"I guess so." I smirked, before standing up on my toes to kiss his chin.
"Aww, you two are quite lovely, together. I'm glad my son finally decided to grow some balls and fix this.."
"JANE!!" Alex's cheeks reddened with embarrassment, as both me and Janet began to laugh.
"Well I'm glad he did, too. Otherwise, I wouldn't get to do this." I wrapped my arms around his torso, and tilted my head up and puckered my lips.
He smirked, and leaned down to catch my lips with his.
When we pulled apart, we just stood in each other's embrace, and smiled at each other.
"Alright, lovebirds. You should get going..don't want you to be late to school!" Janet smiled at us, adoringly.
"Yeah, we should. Bye, Janet! Thank you for the muffins!" I called to her, while walking towards the door.
"Speaking of.." Alex walked into the kitchen and picked up two more muffins, before catching up to walk out the door with me.
"BYE, JANE! LOVE YOU!" He called back to her, as she rolled her eyes, and waved at us.

When we got to school, we all met up with everyone at Jack's locker. The guys started discussion about meet ups for their band practices. They decided that they'd meet up at Rian's, because of something about his mom baking good cookies, or some shit like that.
Meanwhile, me and Hayley began to talk about prom.
"Oh my gosh!! Either Jack and I or you and Alex will get prom king and queen, I just know it!!" Hayley squealed with excitement; expressing her deep passion for prom.
"Eh, it doesn't matter. My bets are on you and Jack though." I winked, causing her to burst into giggles.
"Likewise, Girly!! And oh my gosh...we need to go shopping for dresses today!! Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, yes!!" Hayley practically hopped in place and squealed.
I rolled my eyes and laughed at her over joy of enthusiasm.
"Alright, alright! We'll go after school." I agreed, and laughed when she squealed once again.
Prom was about a week away, we all may as well get excited now.

Later on in the day, the bell rang, marking the end of Algebra. I packed all of my stuff in my bag, and got up to leave the classroom with Alex; hand in hand.
We walked towards the cafeteria, but then he took a turn towards the student parking lot.
"Alex? What are you doing? Cafeterias' that way.." I gave him a puzzled look.
"I know..we're going somewhere else, today." He said with a smug look on his face, as we exited the building and walked towards his blue Mustang.
We got inside the car, and I cocked my head at him, as he started it up.
"So..where are going, then?"
"Well, I know a place with good burgers and ice cream. They have little sliders, if you don't want a whole one.." He gave me a bit of a sad look, remembering my eating problems.
I wasn't gonna let it get in the way of this date.
"Alright, sounds good!" I gave him a reassuring grin, and he grinned back at me.
When we got to the small restaurant, we were both talking, and eating these yummy little burger sliders. We ordered six of them, and decided to each have three. I was halfway done with my second one, while Alex was already finishing the last bite of his third.
"You're such a pig..didn't even come up for air!" I laughed, as he just shrugged and patted his stomach.
"Foods' just really been good to me today, I guess!" He laughed along with me.
"Hey so..we actually won't get to cuddle and watch movies and stuff, tonight." I pouted, mirroring the disappointed look on his face.
"But whyyy?" He whined, with his mouth full of burger, causing me to giggle.
"Becaausse. I'm going prom shopping with Hayley after school. I have to look pretty for my knight in shining armor." I winked at him, taking another bite of my burger.
"You're my princess, you're always pretty." He smirked, taking a sip of his soda.
"So yeah, I dunno when I'll make it back home..will you miss me?" I joked, raising my eyebrows.
"Of course I'll miss you! What will I do with my life?? Oh no! I don't think I'm gonna make it, Tay!!" He joked overdramatically, covering his eyes with the back of his hand.
"Shut up!! You will miss me!" I broke out into a fit of laughter, at my extremely goofy boyfriend.
"Yeah, of course I will. I miss you every single second that you aren't around me." He smiled, taking another sip of his drink.
"That's sweet. Cheesy, but sweet." I grinned, taking a sip of my own drink.
"Mhmm. So, whaddaya say we grab some ice cream and get out of here?" Alex suggested, getting up out of his seat.
"Sure." I followed him.
We still had thirty minutes left of lunch, so we bought our ice cream cones, and drove off to the park; which was right around the corner of the school, so we wouldn't be late.
We sat down on a bench, and ate our ice cream cones in a comfortable silence. We were both just happy to be in each other's company, enjoying the warm breeze outside.
After we finished our cones, I took a deep breath, before breaking the ice.
"So have you heard from her lately?" I blurted, earning a confused look from Alex.
"From who?" He cocked his head to the side a little, in confusion.
"From..you know...her." I hinted, looking down at my lap.
"Y-you mean..Lisa??" He gave me an uneasy look.
"Have you?"
"No..I mean..well..she sometimes might come up and say hey.."
"She doesn't just 'say hey', Alex." I gave him a knowing look.
"Well, you know..she's Lisa! She might still try to flirt from time to time, but I don't let her. I just remind her that I have you, and that's all I need. Or I'll just ignore her..either way, I'm not letting her come between us again..okay?"
I looked up into his big, brown, reassuring eyes, and nodded; nervously twisting my lip in my teeth.
"Okay." I whispered.
"Why do you ask, anyway?"
"I don't know..I just..worry sometimes. I mean, being without you for that long, really killed me inside, Alex."
"It won't happen again, I promise. It's you and me, forever. Fuck anybody who tries to ruin that..okay?" He reassured me, cupping my face in his hands, and deeply looking into my eyes.
"Yeah.." I whispered, as he attached his lips to mine.
Me and him, forever. I like the sound of that.

After school, me and Hayley set out on our quest to find prom dresses.
When we got to the mall, Hayley led the way, claiming that she knew the "BEST PLACES TO GO!!".
We went into some huge, girly-looking store, with Prom Season written all over it.
"So...I'm thinking that for me, I wanna get a short dress. And for you? Hmm..you seem like a long gown, or midway kinda gal.." Hayley grinned, figuring out what would look best on the both of us.
I swear, if she doesn't become a singer, she'll definitely become a stylist. Fashion stylist, hair stylist, any kind of stylist, really!
I just idly stood and watched, as she raced through racks of different pinks, purples, reds and blues; picking up a shit load of dresses from each one.
She cane back over, and gave half of the load to me.
"Here go try these on. They'll look adorable, trust me." She rushed me, pushing me towards a dressing room.
I shrugged, and walked into one; placing the dresses on the little coat hangers on the wall.
I tried on a red one that was a little tight, and came a little too far above my knees, for my liking. I immediately took it off, and tried on the next one. It was a long, blue gown. It was really pretty, but it just wasn't..me.
I tried on a few more, which I thought were cute, but just weren't cute on me.
It started making me feel a bit embarrassed of myself.
Maybe it's just me, and not the dress.
Maybe I'm just too fat.
Or too hideous to wear such beautiful things.
What am I even doing here??
I was on the verge of tears, when I looked over to the wall, and saw that I still had one dress left.
It was absolutely gorgeous; I was sure I probably wouldn't meet up to its beauty, but I decided to try it on, anyway.
When I looked in the mirror, I gasped at it's beauty. The dress fit me like a glove, and make me feel sorta like a princess.
It was purple and flowy, with pretty little rhinestones on the chest. It came down almost to my knees, and it practically had my name written all over it.
I twirled around a little bit, and had a huge grin on my face.
I soon turned around, and walked out of my next door dressing room, at the same time that Hayley did.
"OH MY GOSH, YOU LOOK SO BEAUTIFUL!!" We both admired each other's dresses.
"Purple is DEFINITELY your color!!" She squealed, admiring my dress some more.
"Well pink, is most DEFINITELY yours!!" I squealed along with her, causing us both to break out into laughter.
"Come on, lets get these, then go look for shoes!" Hayley beamed, excitedly turning back around to her dressing room.
"Kay!" I responded, walking back into mine.
I pulled out my phone, and decided to text Alex.

Me- I found the dress!! We're wearing purple; go rent a tux ;)
Alex- Ooo mauve..how fancy ;*
I giggled at his silly text message.
Me- Gonna get some shoes, then I'll be home soon, k?
Alex- K. Hurry back, I miss youuuuuuu :*
Me- I miss youuuuu too, babe! Love u, Gaskarth ;*
Alex- Love u, Gaskarth ;*

I smiled down at my phone, then looked back in the mirror and sighed with content.
I can't wait for Alex to see it.
I'm gonna be his princess.

Ugh I hate how whenever I take FOREVER to update, I always end up posting the most shittiest chapters ever! I'm sorry.
