The second part of the author's note, just thank you Nia. I'm about 2 months clean of self harm. It's not bad anymore but I still get days where I just feel so low. I'm not scared about wearing short sleeves anymore because the scars on my arms are really faded. I'm going to try and look back at this on the bad days
