ALEX POV

I woke up to a car door slamming outside. Jack didn't have a car in California and Zack and Rian were heading over to hang with Vic today. Lisa was in Baltimore. Who the fuck was waking me up at.... ten am? Oh, maybe it wasn't that bad. I made my way down the stairs in my boxers and opened the door to find Jasey standing confused on my drive-way and her car tearing off down the gravel. Jasey looked up and her eyes widened as she realised where she was.
“Why am I here?” She asked, her brow furrowed together. I shrugged and couldn't help but laugh at the weird situation. I leaned up against the door frame as she made her way towards me. Damn, she looked good today.
“Honestly? I have no idea.” I chuckled as I placed my hand on the small of her back and guided her into the living room. I checked my phone to find three messages, one from each of the boys.

From: Rian
You owe us. Zack and I have Mike contained in a guy’s day. Vic's in. Jack has Jasey.

From: Zack
I am so against everything we're doing. You owe me whiskey.

From: Jack
Enjoy your present! You two have until four o'clock. Then I have to get her back to Vic's. His orders not mine. ;)

I turned to watch Jasey wandering around my house, her fingers trailing gently on the furniture.
“This place is yours?” She asked as she lifted a photo of Baz and Peyton from the mantle.
“Yeah. And for today, so are you.” I laughed as I walked over and handed her my phone. “I found out why you're here.” Jasey snatched up my phone and I could tell she was trying to contain her giggles.
“That is so wrong, in so many ways.” I waited as her facade slowly cracked and she melted into laughter. “The bastards are organising us meeting times so Mike doesn't freak out.” She wrapped her arms around my waist and buried her face into my bare chest.
“I really missed you, Jasey.” I whispered into her hair as I slowly swayed us. She replied in the way I secretly wished she would, but had never expected. Feeling her lips against mine I picked her up so her legs wrapped around her waist and carried her up the stairs to my bedroom, the kiss never breaking. I threw her down on my bed and slammed the door shut, crawling onto the bed so I was hovering over her.
“I love you, Alex.” She whispered as I ran trails of kisses down her neck. My heart stopped at the words I had been waiting to hear since she walked through Rian's door. “I never stopped loving you.” I smashed our lips together and tugged at the end of her shirt. She giggled before arching her back so I could pull it over her head.
“This is so wrong.” I laughed as I tossed her shirt on the floor. Jasey simply laughed and chuckled that we were too far gone to start caring now. She kicked herself out of her shorts and I laughed as nine years of waiting, heartbreak, hopelessness and drama finally paid off.

Jasey rolled over and propped herself up on her elbow, her emerald eyes burying themselves into mine.
“We will tear our lives apart one day if we carry on like this.” She sighed, brushing my fringe off my face.
“Darling, we've already started to do that.” I laughed, pecking her on her nose. “Our lives fell apart the moment we set eyes on each other after all those years.” I lay back and pulled her against me so her head was resting on my chest. “We just have to find a way to hold it together until after this tour. Then we can blow shit up.”

I sat on the couch watching Jasey dance around the kitchen in her underwear and one of my old t-shirts. The way she moved, the way her hair bounced green light around the room, everything about her was perfect. She was perfect for me. I grabbed my buzzing phone of the arm of the chair and scrunched my nose at the name. Please don't let our time be up.
“Hello?” I half-laughed as Jasey pulled faces from behind the fridge door.
“Alex, its Vic. Jasey hasn't turned up at Rian's yet?” I groaned as I looked at the time. Shit. “We're not gonna pull this off dude.”
“Alleycat, what's wrong?” Jasey called from the kitchen and I waved her over.
“Get dressed, baby.” She looked over to the clock and then squealed as she took the stairs two at a time.
“Get her to ours in the next fifty minutes. I don't care how you do it. Just do.” The phone cut off and I ran after Jasey.
“We have fifty minutes to get you to Vic’s and to seem like you were never here.” I said as I pulled on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. “I'll drop you off at Rian's so you can grab your car off Jack and then you have to fucking boost it to Mike.” Jasey nodded seriously as she grabbed her shoes. We raced downstairs and I grabbed Jasey's purse, waving it in the air, as I ran out of the house. I jammed the keys into the car and tore down the driveway, making it out onto the main streets in record time.
“I hate having to run around.” Jasey groaned as we came to Rian's street. “And it's an hour and a half drive.”
“We have to. We have no choice.” I muttered as I came to a stop. “Now go, you've got fifty minutes.” I watched as Jack threw her keys to her and she slid into her driver’s seat. A full 180 turn and I couldn't help but smile at how she still drove as recklessly as I had taught her to.
“Dude what the fuck?” Jack yelled through the glass of my windscreen.
“I'm sorry we lost track of time.” I spat as I jumped out of the car and headed towards the house.
“Rian and Zack just got back from Mike's and said he was getting really antsy that she hadn't left me yet. Does she have and excuse?”
“Jasey's a clever kid. She'll work her way out of it.” I sighed as I grabbed the beer Zack was holding out for me.
“You better hope so.” Rian's tone was harsh. “Everyone's putting a lot on the line for you two. Especially Vic.” I nodded and made a mental note to thank him later. If anyone was doing this to my brother there would be no way I was helping them out. Maybe it was because Vic knew both Jasey and I well, maybe he saw what we did and understood that there was no way we were not going to get back together. Whatever the situation, I owed him, all of them, big time.

@Evie
Ahh okay I get it :)

I really hope I didn't sound mean. If I didn't like your story I wouldn't have bothered. I just thought it was good enough for me to point out.

@we-forgot-monday
Hey :) I kind of wanted that to be the point. Jasey seems so perfect and everyone seems to like her so much that her downfall is how possessive she becomes over everyone. How they're her boys and no one else's unless she totally approves of them. I read a lot of fanfiction where the female is 'perfect' in a way and I wanted to try push that in a different way where her perfection and popularity is her downfall. For example, how she can't choose between Alex or Jack but still expects both of them to hang around for her and not move on, which ultimately all comes from her insecurity but we haven't got there yet ;) I'm starting to focus more on that side of the story now as its coming toward the end but I thought I should just put that out there and I'm really do apologise if it's unclear! The story did begin with a lack of character put into Jasey which I'm trying to slowly fix up through both the chapters coming up and the prequel.
Thanks for your comment!

I really don't mean to sound bitchy or mean but why does everyone like Jasey so much? What has she done? She seems kind of perfect, which seems kind of unrealistic. I haven't finished the story yet but does she have any flaws? Also why are they all her boys? Is no other female allowed to be a part of their lives but Jasey? This story is well written and there are certain parts of it that I really like, its just that those things don't really make sense. I really hope I didn't hurt your feelings or anything like that, because I am in no means a perfect writer, but I hope its like constructive criticism.

@Rebecca.Troy
Lets face it, there's never enough drama :)
