Breaking Down Walls.
Thirty-Two
IVY
We have been on this tour for a week now tonight is our first opportunity to stay in a local hotel meaning I can finally have a decent shower! Everything had been going pretty well mainly with Zack we are yet to have 'the talk' but we have been spending our mornings together, we made a deal a couple nights ago that he would take me out for breakfast or coffee depending on the time I woke up or he got back from jogging. Currently we are out a restaurant in Arizona; Zack was up ordering our food 1 large breakfast and a stack of small pancakes. I'm not the best at eating just yet, but the guys have all said I’m getting better and eating more, we are taking it slowly for now not too much on a plate but enough to keep me hungry until I wanted more, which was a rare thing.
"Food will be here in like 20 minutes"
"Sweet! Can I please pay this time?"
"No the deal was is that I pay for your breakfast or coffee depending on what we were getting"
"But Zack"
"But nothing Ivy that's the deal and that's the one we are going to stick to OK?"
"Fine whatever"
As I looked over to Zack, I saw his smile grow into a childish grin knowing that he won, and that I wasn't going to argue it anymore. The smile melted away slowly and he looked right at me like he was trying to read me.
"How are you Ivy, truthfully?"
This was a question he would ask me daily, like he was scared of the answer his voice would shake right after saying my name. It hurt me to think he was worried of what I would say back to him.
"Truthfully I'm scared Zack"
"What are you scared of, is there anything I can do?"
"I'm scared of going home next week, I haven't been out of the house this long in a year what if when I go back I fall into old habits what then Zack?"
"Ivy don't talk silly, how are you going to go back to old habits, with me and Alex around?"
"I've done it before Zack"
"I know but this time it's different, we know the signs you will never go back to how you were, I don't care if we have to do this daily, I will take you out every day, If you feel for even a second that you're slipping"
"Okay"
"Ivy look how far you've come, I enjoy this, I enjoy us hanging out like brother and sister again, I was thinking maybe we could start again and try being close, just one more time alright?"
"Nothing would be better than having you back as my best friend and brother"
"But before we clear everything we have to talk about mom and dad okay?"
"Not today please Zack"
"Okay Iv not today, but soon alright"
"Okay"
By the time we were done talking out meal was heading towards us. I was still a bit shaky thinking about how close me and Zack were to talking about them. I want to hold it off for as long as I can, they are one thing I haven't spoke of lately and I wanted to keep it like that.
A few hours later
The boys were sorting out there hotel rooms for the night, I couldn't help but get excited over the fact I'd have my own room and bed after a week of the uncomfortable van, I had to wake up with the guys every day, I was ready for a change. I didn't know why I thought that would be possible Alex started shouting
"I don't care where you idiots sleep but I'm sharing with Ivy got it"
He grabbed a set of keys and I saw Zack's head snap up and give him the death glare which I hoped was a joke I didn't feel comfortable with Zack staring at him like that until I saw Zack raise his mouth into a smile and started laughing at Alex's worried face. I knew what they were on about; I knew why Zack gave him that stare and the rest of the guys whistled in a low tone at Alex. He started to slowly move over towards me as he took my hand he leaned in and whispered
"Your brothers feeling a too protective tonight"
He let out an infectious giggle into my ear and shot a wink at me. As we got into the lift I walked over to Alex and reached up, I set my lips to his softly.
"You're beautiful you know that right?"
"No, but you make me believe it every day"
"Good, that's my goal. I love you Ivy"
"I love you to Alex"
The lift door beeped to open and Alex walked straight out of it, and to the room with number 23 over it, We walked in and set our bags down.
Alex
As we entered our hotel room I began taking everything in, the room was a good choice the view from the window was amazing. I then took in the other things around, looking at the clock telling me it was almost 3pm meaning I only had 2 hours with Ivy before we had to go back down to see our friends, but right now I wanted to spend as much time with Ivy as possible. I knew what she was like and the shower would have to come first, being away from home she couldn't shower as often as she'd like, so having the chance to finally have a nice warm shower, meant everything to her she was excited.
"How did everything go with Zack today?"
"It was good, I told him about me being worried to go back home in case it happens again, but he's promised me that no matter how I feel It will not go back to how it was and that, our morning routine would carry on until I felt comfortable enough to not do it anymore"
"That's really good Ivy, what about the other thing did you talk about it?"
"I haven't mentioned it, he went too today but I still don't feel good talking about it, I don't want to see him hurting Lex, I just want it to be held off for as long as it can, when I'm ready I will talk to him"
"It’s okay I understand but, you know I’m here for you when you do talking about it alright?"
"I know Alex, thank you"
She made her way to where I was stood and put her arms around my neck and brought her face to where mine was "I love you" she pressed her lips gently on to mine, I kissed back it soon became a heated kiss, but I didn't want to let her go, she was mine. I took my hands from her face and reached down to the end of her t-shirt, looking at her making sure it was okay, I slowly lifted her shirt from her head and placed it on the floor next to her, I didn't take my eyes away from her not even for a second I had to take it in, her ribs were still poking out a little and you could see her prominent hip bones, across her stomach there were scars, burns and little scratches, this was a part of her. I wanted that part, It hurt to know that she was doing all of this, but It doesn't matter anymore all that matters is that with all for these things although she doesn't see it she is beautiful. I saw her slowly going to pick up her shirt from the floor I stopped her and brought her back to standing position, moving my lips back to hers again, I whispered in her ear "I love you too, you're beautiful" she smiled at me and roughly attached her lips back to mine, I started to kiss her neck sucking when I found her sweet spot, she softly moaned in my ear with every moan my pants started to get tighter, I needed her, I want her. She then did the same to me taking hold of the bottom of my shirt but before she could lift it off I grabbed her hand and took it off myself, I picked her up and moved us to the bed, I crawled onto of her and start roughly kissing everywhere I could until she flipped us over and left a trail of kisses down towards my jeans she left a kiss just at the hem of them, then jumped off the bed.
"I need to shower Alex" I too got up from the bed to follow her, until a hand landed on my chest
"On my own" Sending me a wink in the process "I think you y'know should have some alone time anyway" I followed her eyes down towards my pants.
"You could always help me out I'm sure we don't mind"
"Showers are more important"
"Don't tease me, you shouldn't do this Ivy, you know I’ll get you back later"
"I'm sure I’ll enjoy it baby"
With one more kiss she skipped into the bathroom, leaving me confused and well...wanting her even more.

I walked into the bathroom with a smirk, only if i knew what I was going to walk out like.
