Laura's POV
The doctors ran a few tests, nothing big, and they all came back clean. Just a really bad concussion. The only thing that pissed me off was the psych evaluation because they saw my scars.

Now I'm kind of realizing a problem, though. I know that the bills will be taken care of, because I got some sort of health insurance when I signed with the guys. But I don't have a guardian, and that might be a problem...

"Hey Laura." Says Alex, coming in the room and stirring me from my thoughts,

"Hi Alex. It's really good to see you again."

"Same, kiddo. I missed you."

"Awww thanks. That means a lot Alex."

"So, you're probably wondering what all the stuff the doctor said about a guardian was, since you don't technically have one. Well, that's why you haven't seen Zack yet. He's with Flyzik, who has agreed to become your legal guardian. They tracked down your aunt, and they're getting all of the legal stuff out of the way."

Wow. I'm actually completely speechless. Not only do I feel like these guys are my family, but now I'm technically related to Matt Flyzik. Wow. Did I say wow?

"I-I don't know what to say Alex. I can't believe all you guys have done for me. It's beyond amazing, and I don't even know how to thank you."

"You don't have to Laura. All we've done for you? How about what you've done for us?"

"What are you talking about Alex?"

"First off, taking the pianist position we needed filled. That's least important. You became family, and god knows we needed some change around here. You gave us something to gather around, to care about. Have you noticed that besides Zack's little.....incident, no one's touched a bottle while you've been here? I'm sure you've heard of our party reputation. And you.....you've made us all better."

And the next second I'm sobbing, jumping out of the bed and into Alex's arms.

"You don't know how much that meant, Alex. Thank you."

Still hugging, he whispered, "I love you."

Jack's POV

And I love you, Alex. Watching from the doorway, Alex lets her go, and she lays back down.

"Hey Alex, can you tell Jack I want to see him?"

"Uhm, sure Laura." I scramble away from the doorway, hoping that they didn't see me.

"Jack? You out here?" I here Alex call. I go up to him.

"Yeah. What's up?"

"Laura wants to see you. But first...." And he grabbed me and kissed me. On the mouth. For a long time.

Unfortunately, we both have a human need for air.

"Alex....."

"Shh, Jack. I know you don't like me like that. Bu I had to do that, and the moment seemed right." He tried to step past me, but I caught his arm.

"Alex, I've wanted to do that for years. I've had a crush on you for forever. I just thought you were straight, and you were eager enough to provide evidence."

"Oh Jack!" And we met in a huge hug.

"Now go in and see Laura. She wanted to talk to you."

"Fine. But be here when I come back. I've waited long enough." I said, tapping his nose and stepping into Laura's room.

"Hey sport, how goes it?"

"Hey Jack-o!" She said, her facing lighting up at my presence. I knew she liked me, as well as everyone who had ever seen her around me. But, it was harmless.

"It's good to see you up and about. You really had me worried, sis."

"I'm sorry bro. I love you, you know?"

"I know. Love you too sis."

That's how it is between us, good. Bro and sis, just like it should be. 'Cause I'm with Alex now, and nothing could make me happier. I go and sit down on her lap on the bed, resting my head on her shoulder.

"Ow, Jack. You're big."

"Yeah, well you're tiny." I flicked her ear and got up, giving her a hug.

"You should rest now kiddo. I'll be back to see you later, probably with everybody."

"Okay, Jacky. See you later."

Laura's POV

Ouch. So Alex and Jack, together. Even I have to admit, it's super cute. And I never thought anything would happen with Jack anyway. I feel best calling him bro anyway. It just feels right.

Jack's right. I should sleep. It's been a long couple of days. And if my memory serves me correctly, I have my first show with ATL tomorrow! I'm supposed to get released tonight, so it should go as planned.

I think this is definitely where I'm supposed to be. Everything feels right. Except for one thing, and I can't quite place it....

Zack's POV

I wanna get out of here, and go see Laura. Yay, Flyzik's now her legal guardian. That's definitely a good thing. Now let's go.

"Zack, calm the fuck down. She'll still be there when we leave." A frustrated Matt, whispered to me.

"I know, I know. I'm just worried sick. I just want her to wake up."

"Me too, man, Me too."

I feel my phone buzz. It's Alex.

"Dude, you'll never guess what just happened. Laura's up! She's okay, just a severe concussion. But they're planning to release her tonight."

"Oh my gosh Alex! Yes!!! Thank you so much. Matt just signed the last paper, we'll be over as soon as we can."

"Okay, see you soon." And he hung up.

"Matt, she's awake!"

"Oh Zack, that's great news."

"I'm so pumped. I have to apologize and hug her and just oh. I just need to see her. Reassure myself that she's real."

"Understood, man, Understood."

"Flyzik, Matthew? Your case is approved and closed. Pick up your papers, and then you may leave."

"Alright, let's go" Flyzik said after picking up his paperwork, stating that he's officially Laura's guardian.

We head to the hospital, and Alex, Jack, Rian, and Cass greet us to tell us that she's resting, but that I can still go in. Of course, I'm in there the second I know it's okay. Seeing her, the blush back in her always pale cheeks. It takes over, and I'm crying before I even know it.

Laura's POV

I wake up to hear someone crying. I look up, and it's my stone angel.

"Zacky?"
