I climbed the steps to the bus and i heard a squeal, it was Lily. She was playing with Austin, i leaned against the wall and just admired Austin and how good he was with Lily.

Austin looked up and pointed over to me. "Look Lily, who's that?!" Lily scrambled over the sofa's screaming "MUMMY, Mummy, look at Uncle Austin's picture. He's drew a beautiful Princess and her family!" She shoved the drawing in my face, i must admit Austin was good at drawing, aswell as singing and being the best brother in the world. "Do you know who the Princess is, Mummy?!" Her eyes gleamed, she seemed to love the picture, either that or Austin has told her a story to go with it. "Is it you, sweetie? It looks like you!" Austin wandered over and slung his arm around my shoulders and pointed to another figure. "Who's that Lily? Is it Mummy?" Lily snatched the picture off me. "Yes, It's Mummy, she's happy here with Daddy." She pointed to another figure, i wasnt quite sure what it was until Lily said. "Look it's Daddy" Austin looked uneasy, he knew we weren't talking at the moment, he obviously wasnt sure whether i would react well with him being part of the picture. But in all honesty i was, even though we weren't talking, he was still part of this family, for Lily's sake, not mine. I smiled at Austin reassuring him it was fine.

Lily started tugging at my top, hinting for me to pick her up. I hauled her up on to my hip and admired the picture again, we did look happy. Shame it wasnt really like that. So many emotions rushed through me, i choked on a sob while trying to hold back tears. Austin engulfed us all into a hug and whispered. "It'll all be ok Lil sis, i promise, we're going to get through this as a family, ok?" I pulled away and put Lily on the ground. "I know, its just figuring out a way though, isnt it?" I turned back and breathed hard. I had to stay strong for us, no matter what happened.

I pushed all other feelings aside and grinned. "Well, seeing as we've finished our set, what shall we do, eh? We can do anything, Lily? Do you want to go to a water park? Go see some of the bands that are playing this evening? What about you Austin, do you want to come with us?" Austin picked up the picture and stuck it to the fridge. "Ive got an acosutic set this evening, you and Lily can come along if you like?" I smiled, i loved listening to Of Mice and Mens acoustic sets, they were always amazing. "Lily, you make up your mind, yeah, while i go grab some things from our bunks" I ruffled her hair and picked my way through the bomb site we call a living room. I grabbed my phone and keys and a little jacket for Lily just in case she got cold. I was just about to enter the living room area until i heard Lily's voice getting upset. "I want to see Daddy, Uncle Austin. I miss him" I peered round the door frame and saw Austin kneeling down to give her a hug. "You'll have to tell Katie, sweetie. Its not my decision. Im sure she wont mind though" He wiped her tears away and kissed her forehead. "Go ask Mummy now." I walked into the room awkwardly, it felt wrong eavesdropping but i couldnt help it. "Well then, what are we going to do?" Lily shuffled her feet and looked me straight in the eye, i could see how upset she was and that upset me, i looked at Austin but he just looked away. He was supporting Lily on this one, i could see why, seeing as she hasnt seen her Dad in around three months. That wasnt down to me, that was down to him, leaving us. But maybe it was also down to me, being bitter about us splitting up. "Mummy, can we go see Daddy?" I breathed out, i couldnt win this. "Of course we can, im sure hes dying to see you" I smiled weakly. Austin snapped his head back to look at me, shocked that i had given in so easily. "I know, I know, i need to speak to him anyway Austin and its not really fair on Lily, she hasnt seen him in three months now and i think its about time she did." Lily jumped around the living room excitedly. "Come on then, we best get going."

Austin clambered down the bus steps first then got Lily to jump into his arms. She laughed and climbed up onto his shoulders, he didnt seem to mind this. He just looked happy to be here. I locked the bus up and turned, we walked silently through the first area of the tour buses, we didnt have far to go as All Time Low's bus was parked two areas away from ours. It wasnt too busy around the buses, we bumped into a few of Austins friends but that was about it. The sun was just setting in the horizon now, it was still extremely hot but thats just because we are in America. Lily's face was beginning to redden from the heat, good job we would be at their bus in a minute. Before we even got to their bus we could hear them, Austin chuckled. I couldnt help but smiling too, Jack must have saw Lily as he came charging over screaming "Oh my God, Lily." Austin picked Lily from his shoulders and placed her onto the floor. Lily ran over to Jack, she was pleased to see him. Austin kissed my cheek. "I'll see you later, i'll do the set and i'll be right with you ok, no arguing or anything. Just do what you have to do and make sure Lily is ok, love you" He sprinted off as he was late as it is, i made him later for everything but then again he made me late for everything too.

I smiled and walked over to Jack, he was tickling Lily and she was shrieking. It was funny to see. "Hey Jack, you ok man?" "Yeah im great thanks, Katie. I hope youre holding up ok your end though, im glad to see you both" He looked at me, he was generally worried about me. Me and Jack had always been close, he knew who we had come to see so he pointed over to the bus. "He's on his bunk, sulking as usual. Thats all he does these days." He cleared his throat and jumped up. "You going to play tag with me Lily? I bet you still cant get me" They ran round like maniacs, screaming and being crazy as usual.

I knew this bus just as well as i knew my own. I was scared because i wanted this to go well, and if it didnt i was just going to give up trying with him. Flyzik appeared from the kitchen and startled me. He smiled and nodded at me, he was always a weird one, Flyzik. Their bus was spotless, what has gotten in to these guys, they usually destory everything.

I opened the door and stepped into the pitch black room, i heard heavy breathing and the regular sob. I closed the door and walked over to the bunk. "Piss off Jack, im not in the mood ok man." "Its not Jack. Alex, i need to speak to you." He flew up from the bed and turned the light on, he was stunned to see me here. "Katie." He lifted his hand to my face and brushed my cheek. "Katie."
