"Thank you" - I shouted out to the crowd, the crowd were going mental so i threw out my last few picks and swiftly exited the stage.
We were greeted by, Tom, our manager. "Guys, you were amazing! You totally rocked the stage, go get some rest or party hard, whatever floats your boat. But dont forget we're on early tomorrow, so DO NOT be late!" He clapped us all on the back and left us to our own devices. The guys were in the mood to party, when weren't they? After hugging me and Kayla they sprinted off to one of the beer tents, no doubt later on they were going to be steaming.
After they left it was kinda awkward, i dont know why. Usually me and Kayla were chatting away but today we weren't, she could tell something was up with me but she didnt want to ask what, she just threw sympathetic looks at me. Eventually she slung her arm around my shoulders. "You ok, Katie?" I smiled weakly "Yeah, course i am, Kay. What about you?" A flash of annoyance flickered across her face but she regained her composure. "Im fine, doing what i love doing. But, you, i know for a fact you're not ok. You need to go talk to him, see if youse can come to a compromise about what you are going to do." I nodded, we carried on walking in silence until we got close to the Bring Me The Horizon tent, Kayla kissed my cheek quickly. "I'll be back later, im going to see Matt, but please try and sort something out, ok."
I wandered through the crowds heading towards the bus, i had time briefly to think about what i'm going to do but by the time i reached the bus steps, i still had no idea. I was even more scared than i was before, i just didnt know what the future held anymore.
