Fire in the sky.

Alex's POV

Jack was really off with me as we was walking round school.
All the wolves looked at me as if they could of killed me and I have no reason why because in my eyes I have done nothing wrong.
I stopped walking and Jack stopped a couple of steps in front of me and turned and looked at me.
I turned round and walked and I knew Jack was following me.

I got to the outhouse and stopped and Jack stopped a couple of steps behind me.
"You haven't explained to me why you did it." I said quietly and turned round to face him.
"Did what?" Jack asked.
"Why you humiliated me like you did." I said.
"I thought we have already did that." Jack said with a frown on his face.
"We had sex and got back together. That's not talking about it." I said.
"You didn't want to talk about it." Jack said.
"I didn't want to talk about it because I was too busy fucking your ass." I snapped which took Jack by surprise.
"Well let's talk about it then." Jack said.
"Why did you do it?" I growled and compelling Jack without meaning to.
"Because the pack hates you. They don't trust you and their afraid that your going to turn and kill everyone." Jack said.
"Your blood doesn't even taste that good, its taste more like bloody dog than anything else." I said and Jack chuckled.
"I don't trust the pack but you don't see me wanting to dump your ass like you did to me." I said and looked at Jack hard which made Jack look down.
"The reason you did it was because your scared of the pack?" I asked.
"Yes. Lex I'm so sorry." Jack said and took a step forward but I took a step back away from him.
"You know I'm your mate and yet you fucking pushed me away." I said loudly at him.
"I didn't know what to do. I was scared of being kicked out of the pack, I was scared of losing you. I didn't know what one to choose." Jack said.
"You fucking choose your mate Jack. If I had to choose I would of chosen you without a second thought!" I shouted.
Jack stayed quiet.
"Next time Jack if you choose them over me again then I will not give you another chance. I will rather be dead than be with you. You fucking understand? You do this to me again and I am dead." I said seriously and Jack nodded.
"I can't lose you Jack. I've lost my family and I can't lose you as well." I said and walked into his chest and wrapped my arms round him and Jack did the same and kissed the top of my head.
"I promise I will never do this to you again." Jack said against my hair and I looked up at him.
I just smiled at him and Jack just kissed me which I returned.
"We have to go to class." Jack said quietly.
"Quite happy being like this to be honest." I said quietly and Jack chuckled.
"So am I, but I have to go to lessons since Seth will be on my back." He said and as soon as Seth's name was mentioned I let Jack go and turned my back to him feeling like I could cry.
"Lex." Jack said quietly.
"Just go Jack." I whispered.
Jack moved and kissed my cheek.
"I'll meet you in your room later." Jack said quietly and walked off.
I just sat on the floor and got lost in my thoughts.

"Jesus Alex!" I heard Jack say as he ran over to me.
"Alex your freezing." Jack said and looked at me.
"I'm not cold." I said quietly.
Jack had shifted and pretty much wrapped himself round me.
I moved and cuddled into his side.
"Jack where are you!?" I heard Seth say loudly.
I heard Jack growled but he refused to move.
I heard footsteps run over and stop and Jack got up standing in front of me.
"Jack its okay." Seth said and Jack growled.
"Alex can come back, I've spoken to the pack and whether we like Alex or not he's your mate and we have to accept that." Seth said and Jack shifted back to being human.
Jack looked at me and then back at Seth.
"You all made me break Alex's trust. You all made mine and Alex's life hell and you all fucking well know that! You all should of accepted Alex the minute he walked into the dorm. You should not of tried to break me and him up. How the hell would you feel if the pack turned against you and Luna being together?" Jack said and Seth looked at me since I was still on the floor.
"I would be devastated." Seth said quietly.
"That is how me and Alex felt." Jack said.
"I can only apologise for what damage I have done." Seth said.
I went to say something but a big gust of wind came and I shivered loudly and Jack quickly picked me up.
"Let's get you somewhere warm." Jack said quietly.

Jack took me to his room and I was pretty much wrapped in his covers and Jack being the big spoon and I was still cold.
"Why do you do that to yourself?" Jack asked.
"I don't know. Its my way of feeling something." I said quietly.
"Your so stupid sometimes." Jack said quietly and kissed the side of my head which made me smile.
"Forgotten your a really good heater." I said quietly feeling myself falling asleep.
Jack chuckled.
"I'll be here when you wake up in the morning." Jack whispered and kisses the side if my head again.
I looked for jacks hand and linked my fingers between his and fell asleep.
