Jacks POV

I was woken up by Alex sitting blot up right panting.
"Their dead, I couldn't save them." He said quickly.
I sat up and put my hand on his arm.
"I could off saved them but I couldn't, I was stuck." He rambled.
I just sat and listened until I felt like I had to step in.
"There was so much blood. The whole car was covered in blood and it smells like blood." He rambled still and he felt round his body.
"I couldn't do nothing, I should of done something." He said loudly and broke down.
I pulled him to my side and kissed the side of his head.
"Its okay, everything will be okay." I said quietly as Alex just cried in my arms.
After a while Alex had fallen asleep, so I quietly lead down with Alex on top of me, I moved some hair from his eyes and fell asleep.

When I woke up Alex wasn't in bed.
"Lex?" I said as I got out of bed and went looking for him.
I heard someone sob in the bathroom so I went over and opened the door and saw Alex covered in blood and a deep cut on his arm.
"I should be with them I should be dead as well." He said.
"Lex, what's wrong?" I asked and walked over and grabbed a towel and wrapped it round his arm.
"I wanted to feel something." He said quietly.
"You should of woken me up." I said and got the first aid box I had in my room.
"I didn't want to burden you with my problems." He whispered and looked away from me.
I reached my hand out and made him look at me.
" You can always burden me with your problems. I don't care Lex, all I care about is making sure your okay." I said and kissed the end of his nose which made Alex smile.
" Let's get you cleared up, fed and we can go back to bed." I said and Alex nodded.
"It'll hurt a little." I said quietly and started to clean him up.

I left Alex with Luna since she was about the only wolf I could trust with Alex and I knew no-one messed with Luna either.
I went to the vampire dorm and went looking for Brooke.
Luckily I found her walking somewhere.
"Brooke." I said and she stopped and looked at me.
"Hey Jack, how's Alex? I haven't seen him all weekend." She said and walked over to me.
"He's been with me all weekend, I need you to come over." I said.
"Jack the wolves won't accept me there. They probably just about accept Alex." She said.
"Please, he's hurt himself and I don't know what to do. He's just blanked everyone out." I said.
"I can't Jack. I'm sorry but I can't go there. Follow me and I'll give you something which will cheer Alex up." She said and walked off and I followed her.
We got to Alex's room and Brooke let herself in and I just followed like normal.
"Alex loves this book and film. We always watch it when he's down and he loves this book more than anything." She said and handed me the DVD and book.
I looked at her.
"Don't ask, but it'll cheer him up." She said and I nodded and went back to check on Alex.

I walked back and Alex wasn't there.
"Where's Alex?" I asked Luna.
"In your room, he wanted some space so we gave it to him. When I checked on him last he was asleep." She said.
I smiled.
"Thanks Luna." I said and walked off to my room.

Sure enough Alex was asleep in my hoodie and on my side of the bed.
I smiled and quietly walked over and sat on the bed.
Alwx sighed and woke up and smiled when he saw it was me.
"I bring you a DVD and book." I said and Alex smiled more.
"Put it on then and come back over here so I can have cuddles." He said and I chuckled and put the film on and walked back over and got into bed where Alex cuddled into my side and we spent the day watching DVDs.
