Alex's POV When Jack said I could go home I nearly said yes but my mental sake was stopping me. I couldn't go home when I am barely eating, cutting myself to the point where I nearly pass out. It wasn't going to be healthy for me or the kids. I was really happy when I saw Rowan. I felt my little dark cloud hanging above me slowly lift but it didn't last long. I was watching something on TV when I heard someone knock on the door. I got up and answered it and saw Seth. "Hey dad, can I come in?" He said and I nodded and moved out his way. He walked in and looked round the place. He's been here before but I think he looks round to make sure everything was okay. "If pa sent you here to check on me then you can tell him to go fuck himself." I said. "He doesn't know I'm here." Seth said and walked over to the sofa and made himself at home. I walked over and sat next to him. "You've lost loads of weight dad." He said seriously and looked at me. "I'm find Seth." I said quietly. "But your not though. Your self harming again which you haven't done since Rowan was born. By the looks of things you have hardly eaten. We can't lose you dad and that's including pa as well." He said. "You hear to give me a pet talk Seth because if you are. I don't want to hear it." I spat and Seth looked at me shocked. "I'm sorry, I might not be the best person to be around at the moment." I said quietly and looked down. I felt Seth move and pull me to his side. "You need help dad." He said quietly. "I'm fine Seth, there is nothing wrong with me." I said and moved away from him. "You want Sky to grow up without her dad? You want to miss all of our graduations? Miss our weddings if we get married? Miss your grandchildren grow up all because your six feet under and dead because that's where you heading to dad. None of us want that." Seth said. I shook my head too all of the things he said. "Please go Seth." I said quietly and got up. "But dad.." He said. I went over to him and kissed the top of his head. "Look after everyone for me. Make a mends with pa because its hurting him that you not speaking to him." I said quietly. "But you not being at home, being with him its slowly killing the both of you." He said. "I'm already dead Seth. Now tell everyone that I love them and I'll see you soon." I said and kissed the top of the head for the last time and walked to the kitchen. "Don't do nothing stupid dad, I mean it you will kill your whole family." He said and walked over to me and hugged me. "I love you dad. So does everyone at home. Just remember that." He said quietly and slowly let me go and walked out.
Once the door was shut I knew what I had to do. I went to my room and got a note book and started to write letters to everyone who I love and care about. I went to the sitting room and put the letters on the table. I texted Jack and everyone to say that I was sorry and that I loved them and I put my phone down onto the table and went to the meds cupboard got what was left of my med and went to the bathroom and sat in the floor and dragged the blade deeply across my arms, stomach, legs, chest anywhere which I could get to and overdosed on my meds and just sat there and waited for death to take me away.
