Jet Pack Blues

Riley's POV

The room was too quiet for my liking so I got up and but in some music.
Twenty One Pilots Car Radio came on.
I smiled to myself and went back over to the bed and carried on with the work.
"You have a good taste in music." Kit said.
I looked at him.
"Wouldn't put you as the type to listen to this music." I said and went back to my work.
"Never put you as a person to judge what someone listens too." He said.
"Who said I was judging?" I asked.
"The way your looking down your nose at me." He said.
"Looking down my nose? Why the fuck would I do that?" I asked.
"Because your some spoiled brat." He said and glared at me.
I laughed sarcastically.
"Right so just because one of my dad's is the boss of a huge clothing business I'm a spoilt brat. In case you haven't realised there's 4 of us, and each of us get what we would like but it does not make us spolit. We get treated just like everyone else." I spat at him.
He looked at me shocked.
"Whose the judgemental bastard now?" I said.
Kit stayed quiet.
"That's what I thought." I muttered quietly to myself.

"Guys grubs up!" Pa shouted from the bottom of the stairs.
"Food!" Rowan shouted and ran out of Aidan's room.
Kit chuckled.
"He's cute." He said.
"Won't be saying that when he climbs into your bed at 2 in the morning." I said and got up.
"Even so, he's still cute." He said and got up as well.
We walked out the room just as Aidan and Oli did.
"Oh Ri has a friend round." Aidan said and walked over to me and threw a arm over my shoulder.
"He's not a friend." I said.
"Sure he is, I mean he's in your room, your listening to music something is going on." She said as we walked down the stairs.
"It's called school work and being forced to work with him." I said.
"He's pretty fit. You should go after him." She winked and walked off.
I walked back over to Aidan.
"Even if I do go after him, he's a asshole and he's not interested." I said quietly just as Kit and Oli walked in the room.
"Where's dad?" Aidan asked.
"He's having a rest at the moment." Pa said and looked down.
"Where's Seth and Tyler?" He asked.
"Probably fucking each other." I said.
Oli was used to us joking around like this.
Kit on the other hand was horrified about what we was saying.
"What are me and Tyler doing?" Seth asked and sat next to me.
He soon got side tracked when he saw Kit.
"Who's this Ri? Your fuck buddy?" He asked.
"And we all know your the one who has the fuck buddies not me." I said.
"And we all know your not a innocent as you look." Seth shoot back.
I glared at him and kicked him hard in the shin.
"Ow you fucking little bastard!" Seth said through gritted teeth.
"Oops my foot might of slipped." I said sarcastically.
"Boys pack it in." Pa said and put our food in front of us.
"Sorry pa." We both said quietly.

Kit and Oli went home after tea which left us lot.
"Can you two manage to be left alone for half an hour while I sort Rowan out for bed and put him to bed?" Pa asked and picked Rowan up.
"I'll keep an eye on them." Aidan said never taking her eyes of this game she was playing on the Xbox.
"Die you bastard!" He muttered under her breath.
We all chuckled.
"Okay." Pa said and walked off with Rowan.
We sat in silence watching Aidan with the game she was playing.

Dad came down and joined us.
I went over to him and he just cuddled into my side which meant something was wrong.
"You okay?" I asked quietly.
He shook his head but stayed quiet.
"Do you want something too eat?" Seth asked.
Dad nodded his head.
"I'll make him something." Aidan said and paused her game and went into the kitchen.
"Where's pa?" He asked quietly.
"He's sorting Rowan out for bed and then he'll be back down." I said and rested my head on top of dad's.
"I'm sorry about today." He said quietly.
"It's fine, you can't help it." I said and Aidan came back in.
"I made you your favorite." Aidan said quietly and sat beside dad and put the plate on his lap.
He smiled.
"I'm lucky to have you guys." He said quietly and slowly ate his sandwich.
"We'll always be here if you want us. We love you no matter what goes on in your head." Seth said and sat on Aidan.
"Seth your arse is crushing me!" Aidan whined.
Me and dad chuckled.
Pa came down and dad got up and went over and pa gave him a big hug and said something in his ear.
Dad pulled back and looked at pa and kissed him.

Everyone part from me and Seth had gone to bed.
Me and Seth have always been close which was nice because we can talk to each other about anything and everything.
"So is Kit your new fuck buddy?" He asked.
"No, I'm being forced to help him get his grades up." I said and laid down on the sofa and put my feet on Seth.
"Fun times, maybe you should use it to get in his pants." Seth chuckled.
"I don't even like him." I said.
"I smell bullshit Ri, your crushing on him." He said and tickled my feet.
"Don't touch my feet I don't like it." I said and moved my feet off his lap.
"And I'm not crushing on him because if I was I would be acting like you and Tyler." I said.
Seth smiled and looked down.
"There's something your not telling me. Tell, spill your dirty little secrets to me." I said.
Seth laughed.
"Your a fucking oddball you know that." He said.
"I have been told." I said.
"But spill, what's going on between you two." I said.
"Don't say anything to dad or pa, I want to tell them myself." He said.
"I won't. Now spill." I said and shook his arm.
"Okay, Tyler asked me to be his boyfriend." He said with a small blush on his face.
"What did you say?" I asked.
"I said yes." He said and we both squealed like girls.

Someone came down the stairs.
"Thought i had 3 sons not 3 girls." Pa said.
"Did we wake you up?" I asked.
"Na, Rowan did though but climbing into bed with me and dad." He said.
"Bless." Seth said.
"Anyway why are you two squealing like a pair of teenage girls?" He asked and lent on the back of the sofa.
"Seth has something to say to you and dad." I said and seth kicked me hard.
"Ow! That fucking hurt." I pouted and rubbed my leg.
"What have you got to tell me?" He asked and looked to Seth.
"I'll tell you in the morning." He said and got up.
I did the same and we went upstairs.
"Your fucking dead in the morning." Seth said.
"You love me too much too kill me." I said as I got to my door.
"Very debatable Riley." He chuckled and walked into his room.

I got to mine bed and just flopped on it and smiled to myself about the fact Kit has finally started to recognize me.
I squealed a little and put a film on and slowly fell asleep watching the film.
