Summary

Alex and Bonnie are finally married and Lisa is gone for the rest of their lives. Now they must prepare for the next step in their lives; parenthood. With Bonnie inching closer to her due date, Alex knows he has to leave Bonnie at home. Bonnie worries for Alex since even though his demons that made his anxiety hard to control are gone, it doesn't mean his anxiety is gone. In fact, both of them worry about each other everyday. To add onto the worries, Alex and Bonnie worry about Nyssa too.

Since tour is over now, Nyssa and Jack head back home with Bonnie and Alex to Baltimore. Jack knows there will be at least two more tours at the end of the year, which sort of gets in the way for him and Nyssa. Nyssa and Jack wants to get married in the fall, but Nyssa will also have her teaching job. Jack will be leaving her alone in Baltimore while on tour, but she won't fully be alone because her memories from her week in the human trafficking become stronger. The only time her memories are gone is when Jack is around.
This is the sequel to If I Didn't Have You. It is highly recommended you read that along with all other stories before it to be up to speed with where the story is going.
