The chemistry between liars

ignites like gasoline.

The break was nice while it had lasted but I was more than happy to get back to school, especially with the shit with all my friends going on. It was relaxing to walk back into my dorm room and face planting into my bed. I heard my bags fall to the floor and honestly I couldn't care less about.

"You good Lex," Rian laughed.

"Rian," I practically yelled, engulfing him in a hug.

"Hey there, what's got you so happy?"

"He said yes!"

"That's great dude!"

I sat on the floor and began to unpack my things, organizing them as they typically were.
I was humming a song softly as I was folding the clothes, placing them back in the drawers. I looked over to see Rian intensely staring at me with confusion drawn on his face.

"What is it Ri," I asked.

"Did you tell him," he asked suddenly.

"What are you talking about?"

"You know what I'm talking about."

I placed my face in my hands and groaned loudly. That was something we said we weren't going to talk about again. I threw my head up out of my hands. That was one time at a party. It wasn't like I had cheated on him anyway. Also there was nothing awkward now between anyone involved so I don't see why I had to tell him.

"Why would I have to tell him," I questioned.

"You and Zack made out, you're fiancee deserves to know don't you think," he questioned.

"He's probably done that too. Can we write it off as me being a stupid teenager? I mean, he told me he wanted to make out with his roommate, we've all made mistakes. Zack isn't telling his boyfriend why do I have to tell my fiancee? Why can't we just be happy?"

"Doesn't he deserve to know Alex? Would you rather him find out and be more upset you didn't tell him? "

"He's not going to randomly find out so I don't see what the big deal is like, come on Ri."

"Whatever Alex. Don't say I didn't warn you."

I groaned and left the room, already done hearing him complain. I knocked on Zack's door and a guy I didn't recognize opened it. He welcomed me inside and I was quite confused because I remember Zack stating that he had a single room.

"Oh, hey Lex," Zack stated from across the room. "I see you met Xan."

"Oh this is Xan, hi, I'm Alex," I introduced myself to Zack's boyfriend.

Xan waved, I remember Zack saying that he was really shy. It was something both him and the bassist had in common. They were cute together and I couldn't help but smile.

"So what's up," Zack asked.

"Ri and I had an argument so I just left," I muttered.

"Oh about what?"

"I didn't tell Jack about that thing even though we're now engaged."

"Oh, you didn't tell him we made out? But you proposed to him."

"OH, Xan knows... I guess Ri was right."

"Honestly it's your decision so it's not the end of the world if you didn't I mean. Xan and I don't hide anything from each other. It depends what you guys already talked about before leaving for college."

I sighed and looked at the floor. Was I bad for not telling him? I mean I didn't fell guilty for not and I could always tell him later and just lie about when it was, I mean, he was an understanding person and he truly loved me so he would forgive me. It was also one time so what did it really matter? It's not like it was on going.

So Alex has a secret too dun dun da!!! Sorry I've been absent I've been writing music which is just getting frustrating now. I've also had massive writers block so it's been very difficult. Also, Jack's snapchat makes me so happy. That is all.
