“There. Happy?” Alex smiled at Amy and Jack who were currently hanging out with him and Zack. Cass and Rian were out spending quality time together before Cass headed to LA.
“Sorta. Your fans didn’t know that we were back together. They probably hate me so much right now” Amy chuckled. Jack lightly squeezed her hand in reassurance.
“Nah. They’ll get over it” Alex smiled.
“Everyone loves Alex, so you’re now everyone’s OTP” Zack laughed.
“I can see the ship name now”
“Oh god no” Amy looked at Zack.
“Jamy” Amy’s head fell into her hand. She shook her head lightly while the boys all laughed.
“Jamy… I LOVE IT” Alex cried.
“Or you can be Jamelia” Alex grinned.
“NO that’s even worse” Amy groaned.
“This is fun, but Jamy has to hit the road and get back” Jack stood up.
“Awww, how come?” Alex pouted.
“Because it’s date night” Jack grinned.
“And if ya boy behaves well on this date, he gets dessert when he gets home” Jack wiggled his eyebrows, pointing both thumbs at himself.
“OW” he rubbed his arm after Amy had smacked him. Zack stood up laughing and stretched.
“Yeah, I better get going too”
“Where the heck are you going?” Alex asked him.
“I have… stuff to do” he smiled.
“So you’re all leaving me? Can’t I third wheel?” he asked, aiming his question at Jack and Amy.
“YES!” Jack shouted.
“No” Amy interjected.
“You’re a grown-ass man, Alex. I’m sure you’ll find something to do” Amy laughed, pulling Jack out of the house with her.

“Mmm, Jack… stop” Amy breathed out. She was trying to get ready, however Jack had other ideas. His mouth was currently attached to her neck. Amy’s hands wandered until she found his shoulders. She pushed him away, causing him to groan.
“I swear you are a horny 16 year old” she laughed.
“I need to get ready and so do you. I can’t be going out in public with marks all over my neck” she laughed. Jack groaned in response, throwing his head back. He walked off to continue getting ready.

“Are you okay? You seem slightly off” Amy looked at Jack.
“What?” he snapped.
“You just don’t seem like yourself tonight. Do you want to go home?” she asked him.
“How do I not seem like myself?” he asked, slightly annoyed.
“Do you want to go home? Is that why? Are you not having a good time?” he continued
“I didn’t mean it like that, you just seem out of it”
“Well I’m fine” Amy decided to just leave it at that and finish her food.
They paid and left without another word being spoken. Amy was confused. He had seemed a little off all night. Nervous almost. He was always fidgeting with things. His fingers, his fork, the napkins. She didn’t realise asking him would offend him so much. The drive home was full of an awkward silence. Amy stared out of the window slightly upset. They pulled up outside the apartment and neither of them moved. Jack let out a sigh.
“Amy…” he started.
“I-I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to snap. I know you were just trying to be nice. I appreciate it, seriously. I don’t know where I’d be right now without you. You’re right, I wasn’t feeling like myself at all tonight. Maybe I’m getting sick or something, but it’s no excuse as to why I snapped. I’m so sorry” he took her had in his, pulling it up to his mouth so he could place a kiss on her knuckles.
“I love you so much” Amy smiled at him.
“I love you too, you idiot”
