Alex

It’s been a whole week since Krys joined us on the tour. We went to the store and got her a new phone the day I broke her old one. She hasn’t heard anything from Cory since that phone call, which we were all glad about. But just in case something bad did happen and the guys and I were not around, we had one of our bodyguards, Brian, go with Krys everywhere she went. Unless she was with me and the others, then she would be fine.

Ever since the phone call though, she has rarely left my side. I didn’t mind at all, I loved having her around. Once you get her with people she is comfortable with, she is like a free spirit. She’s really funny, and gets along with almost everyone. Plus, ever since she’s been here, my mind has been staying off of Lisa.

But, I can’t help but feel like I have sometime with Krys. It’s just a puppy love kinda crush, I think. I wouldn’t mind if things with her did turn romantically, she makes me pretty happy, and it brings me such joy to see when she has her contagious smile on her face. Really, when she smiles, there is no way you can’t smile with her. I wasn’t going to act on my small crush, unless she showed any signs that she was developing anything for me. I was broken from my thoughts as the bus door open.

“Hey Lex.” Jack said with a huge smile as him, Rian, and Zack all entered the from lounge. Krys was taking a shower, and I was just sitting here looking at Twitter on my phone. I looked up at my three best friends and smiled at them.

“Hey guys.” I said to them.

“Quick question, Alex. Do you know what time our show starts tonight?” Rian asked.

“And I thought you were the one that never forgets anything.” I chuckled. “But yeah, it starts at seven tonight. And we have to be ready to get on stage at ten.” I answered as Jack took a seat next to me and Rian and Zack sat across from us.

“Where’s Krys at?” Zack questioned.

“She’s taking a quick shower. She should be out soon.”

“She just finished her shower and is now out here.” I heard a light voice say. We all looked up to the doorway of the bunks and saw Krys standing there with a small smile on her face. “Welcome back boys. Have fun at the mall?” She walked over to the couch Jack and I were on and sat next to me. She lifted up my arm and leaned into my side. I chuckled and shook my head at her. Her hair was up in a bun, but you could tell it was wet.

“It was awesome. But holy shit was there so many fans there.” Rian said with a light chuckle of his own.

“Yeah. It was really fun. I even got this little teddy bear.” Jack said as he pulled out a tiny plush teddy bear from his leather jacket pocket. “I named him dickhead.” We all laughed at Jack’s antics.

“Only you would name a teddy bear that, Jacky.” Krys said with a small, yet sweet, laugh. I smiled down at the girl leaning into my side and I saw a sparkle in her eyes. She was so much happier than she was the first day I met her. I was glad that I could be part of the reason she was so happy. There’s just one question that came into my mind as I looked at her for a minute. Is my puppy love crush, really just that? Or do I have stronger feelings?

Krys had some computer problems.
But don't worry! We will hopefully get a chapter grind out this Saturday!

Also, is anyone going to the Cleveland, Ohio show on the Back To The Future Hearts Tour? On November 15th?!
