Beer actually isn't that bad. A little bitter but nothing I can't handle. I finished half of my can within like 5 minutes. It's only 7:00 so nobody has shown up yet. We're sitting in Alex's living room cracking jokes. I'm having a lot of fun so far.
Alex, Zack, and Rian had to go to the store and grab something I forgot what it was so it's currently me and Jack. Well I'm in the living room by myself. Jack is in the bathroom. I'm just looking around the room and wait. Is that a pair of speakers?!?! Yes it is. Thank me and my need to bring my Ipod everywhere. I get up and practically run to the speakers and plug my Ipod in instantly turning on Green Day. American Idiot to be exact and begin dancing around.
Over the music I didn't hear Jack coming downstairs so right as the song ended he said something. Scaring the crap out of me might I add.
"Nice dancing" I jump
"Jesus Jack. You scared the crap out of me" He just laughed.
"I can tell. Hey can I ask you something?" Hopefully it's not about the Jenna thing.
"Yeah. Ask away"
"What happened between you and Jenna?" Damnit damnit damnit. Of course he asked that.
I told him the entire story. Starting from the conversation after school to the kiss to Jenna yelling at me to me slapping Eric and pushing him off my porch. I also told him that it was the night my dad walked out and by the end of the story I was in tears.
"I understand if you never want to talk to me again but I swear I had no idea Eric was her boyfriend" He came over to me and wrapped an arm around me and let me cry into his shoulder.
"I believe you. And your dad is an asshole. I never would've thought that you had so much going on in that pretty little head of yours" I blushed and he tensed up a little as he realized what he just said.
"You think I'm pretty?" I asked him with a sniff and pulled back to look at him and wipe my tears. It was his turn to blush.
"Yeah" He looked down at the ground.
