Alexs POV

"Why did you come!? I told you not to come!" Meggie shouted at me.
"I'm not fucking 4 years old anymore Meggie! I'm 17 I can make my own choices in life and learn from them." I said.
"No Alex! What you learn from this is how to kill people. You will lose very little bit of good inside you because they have no heart!" She said.
"That's a lie! That is a fucking lie! They do have hearts! They do feel things! They hide it better than what you do." I said harshly.
"Really? If they had hearts then why are they plotting to blow the station up then?" She said.
"Why are you judging me on this? You part of it as well." I said and mother barged in.
"Your father is on TV." She said.
"I don't give a shit if he's on TV or not." I said and started to smoke the cigarette which I've been holding while aruging with Meggie.
"What have I told you about smoking!" Mother scolded.
"I don't give a fuck." I shrugged and blew smoke in her face.
She came over and slapped me round the face.
"Don't you DARE speak to me like that!" She growled and turned my TV on.

And there he was.
Talking a load of shit like normal.
"... We will show them Crosses that we mean business. We will show them that they don't have the upper hands over us..." He went on and on.
"What a load of bullshit." I scoffed and walked out the room.
Mother followed me.
"Alexander you bloody well stay there!" She said as she came downstairs just as I was about to walk out the door.
"Why? So you can give me the talk on how I should be there for him, how I should be supporting him? Guess what? I don't support what he says I completely disagree with everything which comes out of that mouth of his." I said.
I got another slap round the face for saying that but it was harder.
"You ungreatful little shit!" She growled.
"Really? How is that so mother?" I asked.
"Because all you do is throw everything back in our faces! You make even the most simple tasks a fucking challenge. Everything you do is a challenge! And I fucking fed up with it." She said.
"So what your saying is you wash your hands with me? Guess what mother, I washed my hands with the lot of you ages ago." I said.
"Yes! I do wash my hands with you." I said.
"So are you finally admitting after all these years that you hate me?" I said happily.
"Yes! I loathe you. Everything about you I hate! I wish I got rid of you at birth." She snarled.
Well that was a huge slap round the face.
I sarcastically started to clap.
"Yes! You have finally admitted something I have known for the last 10 years. Well guess what mother. I hate you too. I hate you and father." I said loudly.
"Good because we both hate you as well." She said quietly with that she turned round and walked of somewhere.

I walked out the house and went down the beach and thought about everything.
I took my clothes of so I was just in my pants and went in the sea.
"Fuck its cold." I muttered and went completely under the water and just stayed there until I needed air and came up up and did it all again.
I had enough of doing this and got out the sea and saw Jack sat by my clothes.
"When the fuck did you get here?" I asked and put my shirt on and sat on my jeans as it was going to be a mission impossible to put them on.
"When you started to strip and went into the sea." He said. "Well you could of joined me you know." I said and elbowed him in the side.
"Na. It's too cold for my liking." He chuckled.
"It's not that bad once you get used to it." I smiled.
"I know but you needed some space." He said and looked at me.
"I'd rather not talk about it Jack." I said quietly and looked out to the sea.
"If you do then I'm here." He said and pulled me into his side.
I rested my head on his shoulder and just sighed and went back to thinking.

We stayed like this for a while until I was getting cold.
"Move." Jack said and started to take his jacket of.
"You don't have to do that." I said quietly.
"Your cold so you need it more than what I do." He said and put his coat over my shoulders.
I looked at him and smiled.
"Alex!?" Meggie said as she come down towards the beach.
"Keep the jacket. I have to go." He said quickly and quietly and got up and ran off just as Meggie got to nthe beach.
"You've been down here all day. Come indoors." She said quietly and sat next to me.
"Don't want to go in there not when I'm not welcomed." I said quietly.
"Your welcomed by me. Please come indoors its freezing out here and I know you've been in the sea as well so your balls must be ready to fall off." She said.
I couldn't help but chuckle at what she said.
"Last time I checked they where still there." I said.
"Well you never know." She said and got up.
"Come on I'll make you that hot chocolate you love." She smile and offered her hand to me.
I took it and she helped me up and I picked my jeans up and we walked towards the house.
She looked at me and looked at the jacket.
"That's not yours." She said.
"It doesn't smell like you either." She said and walked in front of me and stopped which made me stop.
"Don't freak okay but its Jacks." I said quietly.
"Wait Jack was at the beach?" She asked.
"Yes well he was until you showed up." I said.
"Glad someone was with you." She smiled.
"Don't tell them. I know they hate me and everything but they must not know." I said.
"My lips are sealed Alex." She said and kissed the top of my head like she always does when she says that.
I smiled and we walked indoors.
"Go upstairs and have a shower while I do this for you." She smiled.
"Can I use your shower?" I asked.
"Is that so you can use my Lush products?" She asked.
"Maybe." I smiled.
"Knew it I bloody knew you where using them." She said and slapped my chest playfully.
"But they smell so good." I chuckled.
"Yes you can use my shower and my stuff you little git." She chuckled.
"You love me really." I said and went upstairs and went into Megs room.

I was sat in bed watching Disney films since I felt reliving the pointless yet nonexisting childhood.
I was watching Peter Pan when Meg came in.
"Has the inner child showing itself?" She asked and passed me my drink and came and got into bed with me.
Lately we've been sharing beds. No its not for a pervet reason, but it was something we used to do when we was little i guess we never really grew out of it.
"Yeah, you could say that." I said quietly and put my drink on my bed side.
Meg picked Jacks jacket up of the bed and handed it too me and looked at me confused.
"He smells nice alright." I said and picked the jacket up and sniffed it.
Meg chuckled. "Has Alex got a crush on Jack?" She asked and looked at me seriously but she was joking along with it as well.
"Have done since I was little." I said honestly.
She smiled and pulled me into her side.
"Thought you did." She said quietly.
I smiled and we watched loads of Disney films until we both fell asleep.

Jacks POV

I watched Alex take his clothes off and walked towards the sea and went under the water.
I went down the sand and just sat there watching him coming up for air and actually make sure he did come up.
He finally had enough of that and came over to me.

"When the fuck did you get here?" He asked shocked and put his shirt on but didn't bother doing the buttons up.
"When you started to strip and go in the sea." I said and looked at him.
I couldn't help but look him up and down.
He sat down on his jeans since I think they where going to be hard to put on.
"Well you could of joined me you know." He said and elbowed my side softly.
The way I was feeling about Alex at the moment that wouldn't of been the best ideas in the world.
"Na. Too cold for my liking." I chuckled. There was that as well I was not going to freeze my balls off no matter how much I liked Alex.
"It's not that bad once you get used to it." He smiled.
Something was wrong. But Alex wasn't going to share it so I left it.
"I know but you needed some space." I said.
He looked out to the sea like he normally does when he doesn't want to talk about something.
"I'd rather not talk about it." He said quietly.
I didn't care what the rules say friends comes first Nought or Cross.
"I'm here if you want to talk about it." I said and pulled him into my side.
He rested his head on my shoulder and sighed.
I smiled and just pulled him closer to me.

I felt Alex shiver.
"Move." I said and took one are out my jacket.
Alex moved and looked at me.
"You don't have too." He said quietly.
"Your cold so you need it more than what I do." I said and put the jacket over his shoulders.
He smiled and pulled it around him.
"Alex!?" Meggie said loudly as she walked down the garden.
I can't be here when she shows up but I think Alex is going to tell her anyway.
"Keep the jacket. I have to go." I said and got up and ran off.

I went home and Kyle looked at me as I walked into the sitting room.
I went upstairs and listened to some music when Kyle into the room.my
"Where's you Jacket? You love that you never go anywhere without it." He said.
"A friend has it." I said.
"Meaning Alex. Jack you shouldn't be getting involved with him." He said.
"Yes I do mean Alex. Kyle you can't protect me all the time. Maybe you should take your own advice sometimes." I said.
Kyle came and sat on the mattress.
"What we do Jack we can't afford to be close to anyone. Because the Noughts will look at them straight away. They'll arrest them and if they keep any information away from them they too will be paying a visiting to the hangman." He said.
"You know what I am will probably end up with me getting killed anyway." I said.
"Which is why you don't go after the son of the man who runs the Nought world. Because then you are fucked Jack." He said.
I was going to say Alex was going to be fucked as well but I didn't as he would use it against Alex.
"We're fucked Kyle no matter if I'm gay or not. Being part of the gang has us fucked." I said.
He looked at me.
"Fucking hate it when your right." He chuckled and punched my arm playfully.
"No you don't. You just don't like it because I'm smarter than you." I said and poked him.
He got hold of a pillow and whacked me with it which i reutrned grabbing the pillow of his bed and ended up with us having a huge pillow fight.
I smiled. This was the Kyle I remember too bad it was getting rarer and rarer to see.
