Chapter Thirteen.
Alex's POV
I was just about to drift off back to sleep when I heard Jack whisper something. It was so soft I think he was hoping I didn't hear it.
"I adore you Alex."
I don't know why, but it made me get this feeling as if he really did care about me. But we have only known each other for so short of time! I talked to myself in my mind for a few minutes, and I just told myself not to say anything back. After a short battle with my mind, I finally let sleep take me away to that special dream world. It was a lot easier to fall asleep with Jack laying under me. I felt something that felt like lips kiss my head as I slept, must have been in my dreams, I don't know.
The next morning I woke up to a wide-eyed Jack laying under my body. I looked up at him and he smiled at me, making butterflies erupt in my stomach. His smile tends to do that to me a lot. I smiled back at him and sat up.
"How long have you been awake?" I asked quietly.
"About a hour." He spoke, keeping the smile on his face.
"You know you could have just moved me so you could get up right?" I said with a chuckle.
"Nah, you looked to cute and peaceful, I wasn't going to do that. Plus, I was enjoying the cuddles." This time he ended with a chuckle, making me blush. I swung my legs over the edge of the bed, about to stand up till Jack grabbed my hand and pulled me back over to him.
"What do you want?" I asked with a giggle. When I finished my sentence he smashed his lips onto mine. Where this came from? I don't know. Was I going to stop it? Nope. I kissed him back and I felt him smile into the kiss, making me smile into it as well. Jack moved as he slowly and softly pushed me onto the bed, getting on top of me as the kiss got more heated. Did I enjoy this? Yes. Was I going to stop this? Yep. I softly pushed Jack away from me, and giggled. Jack whined at me as I pushed him away and I just kept giggling. I ignored Jack's whines and got off the bed. Shortly later, being followed by Jack. He grabbed my hand when we entered the hallway and smiled back at me, making me smile up at him. We walked into the living room, hand-in-hand, where we saw Austin sitting on the couch watching TV.
"Morning Austin." Jack greeted the tattoo covered man.
"Morning guys." He spoke with a smile. I sent him a smile as well, telling him good-morning. "So guys, I was wondering if you guys wanted to go bowling?"
"I haven't been bowling in forever! I would love to go!" Jack said with excitement. "How about you, Lexy? Wanna go?"
"I have never went bowling in my life." I spoke, being honest.
"And how old are you?" Austin asked.
"I'm 21 years old." I chuckled.
"Well, looks like we are going bowling then. And you are going to have a fun time." Jack said placing a kiss on my cheek. I giggled and nodded my head.
"Let me go and change then." I said standing up, but my hand being grabbed by Jack's.
"I need to change as well, mind if we change in the same room? That way I can watch you?" He asked with a smirk.
"No Jack. You can stay here till I'm finished changing." I said taking my hand back and walking off. Hearing Jack groan, making me laugh as I walked.
"You are head over heels for him, you know that right?" I heard Austin speak as I entered the hallway.
"I know, Aus. I know." Jack spoke with another groan. I blushed to myself and walked into Jack and my room. I closed and locked the door behind me. I walked over to my suitcase and pulled out a black pair of skinny jeans, and a Blink-182 t-shirt. I stripped of my night clothes, and put on my new outfit, thankful I took a shower last night. Once I was finished changing I grabbed my grey Vans and slipped them on my feet. I walked back out of the room and saw Jack and Austin sitting and laughing at the TV.
"Now it's my turn to get ready!" Jack said with a smile as he got up from his seat when he saw me. I walked over to the couch as Jack was making his way to the hallway, when we walked past each other, he grabbed me by my waist and turned me to face him and he placed my lips onto his. This took me by shock, but it sure was attractive. We pulled away from the kiss after a minutes-time and he smirk at me, also sending me a wink before letting me go and walking to our room. I walked over to the couch with a blush on my face as Austin just shook his head and laughed.
"You know that boy is smitten by you right?" He spoke up.
"Huh?" I asked confused.
"He's in love with you, Alex." He said with a smile on his face, making my cheeks burn a darker shade of red. Making Austin laugh again. Did Jack really feel this way about me? So soon? My thoughts went everywhere in such a short period of time. Till they were broke by the voice of a black and blonde-haired angel.
"Let's go bowling!" He shouted as he entered the living room, making both Austin and I chuckle as we stood up and made our way over to the door, as Jack made a grabby-hand at me, telling me he wants me to take his hand. I blushed and took his hand in mine.
We were now at the bowling alley, and we had just got our bowling shoes, and were now putting them on as we sat at the seats for our lane.
"Okay Austin, you are up first!" Jack said as he put our names in the score-keeper-thingy. Austin picked a orange bowling ball and took his turn, getting a strike the first time. Both Jack and I cheered for him as he took a bow, making both of us laugh. Jack was up next, so he took a blue bowling ball and took his turn, hitting all the pins but one. He waited for his ball to come back, so he could use it. He picked it back up and rolled it down the lane, picking up the spare as he hit the last pin. Jack threw hit arms up as he cheered for himself, with both Austin and I cheering as well. Then, it was my turn. I took a deep breathe and picked up the red bowling ball and rolled it down the lane, missing every single pin. I sighed and waited for the ball to come back. Once the ball came back I picked it back up, getting ready to roll it down the lane again before I felt arms make there way around me, one on my hand that was on the ball, and one around my waist. I turned my head to the side and saw Jack.
"Hear, I'll show you how to do it." He said with a smile. He guided my arm back and swung my arm forward, me, letting go of the ball, and letting it roll down the lane. It hit eight of the pins and only missed two. I cheered for myself, as Jack had a huge smile on his face, and so did Austin. Jack took me back to the seats, sitting down, before pulling me on his lap. We played a few more games of bowling, me coming in last every time. But I was okay with that, mostly because Jack helped me almost every time.
"How about we go and get some ice cream?" Austin suggested. Jack and I both agreed with smiles on our faces as we all walked down the side-walk together. Jack and my hands interlocked. We arrived at the ice-cream shop not to much later. "What do you guys want? It's on me."
"I'll take a mint chocolate chip." Jack spoke.
"Same." I said with a smile. Austin gave us both a smile as he walked up to the window to order the ice cream, as Jack and I walked over to a outside table and sat down, next to each other.
"So, how you liking Florida?" Jack asked me with a smile.
"It's really fun. Thanks for bringing me." I replied with a smile that matched his. We talked for a few more minutes till Austin came over with our ice cream.
"Here you guys go." He said with a smile as he placed the ice cream in front of us, and took a seat across from us.
"Thanks Austin." I said with my smile still on my face. Jack said thank you as well and we all started eating.
"Hey Lexy." Jack said.
"Yeah?" I said turning my to look at him. When I did he took his finger and put ice cream on my nose. "And you did that why?" I asked with a giggle.
"Because I can." He said with a smirk. I shook my head with a laugh and grabbed my napkin to wipe the ice cream off. Once I did, I got some ice cream on my finger and put it on Jack's nose. He sighed. "How did I not see that coming?" Austin and I both laughed at him. Jack put more ice cream on his finger, after wiping the ice cream off his nose, and got it on my lips. I picked up my napkin and was about to wipe it off till Jack took my hand.
"Hold on. I can help you with that." He said with a smirk. I looked at him confused. Then he placed his lips on mine, making me smile and kiss back. We pulled away from the kiss a minute later and Jack smiled at me. "There cutie, all taken care of." I blushed and put my head down. I'm still not used to him calling me all these cute names. Both Jack and Austin chuckled at my reaction and continued to eat their ice cream. As did I.
