It was around 2 pm when I woke up, unaware of where I was at first. I was soon brought into reality when I could feel a pair of strong arms wrapped tightly around me, and I could smell seawater on myself and the person I was cuddled against. The events of the night before came back to me in a rush, and I was suddenly aware as my eyes blinked open and adjusted to the light that it was, in fact, the hansom Jack Barakat who was accompanying me in my bed.

"Jacky, wake up," I whispered, poking the tip of his nose with my finger in an attempt to wake the younger boy. "Jacky, wake up," I insisted, poking at his cheek this time, to no avail. "Well, you asked for it," I sighed, placing my lips against his for a moment, keeping them still but not getting any kind of reaction. As I began to mash our lips together, however, his pink flesh began to work a slow, steady rythm with mine, resulting in what eventually turned into a heated makeout session.

"What time is it?" Jack groaned, pulling away from the kiss and pressing our foreheads together.

"About two in the afternoon," I replied, shifting my gaze to the clock on the bedside table to make sure that I was correct, eliciting another groan from the dark-haired boy underneath me. "We should probably get back up to Baltimore," I sighed, standing from the bed and changing into normal clothes. I really didn't care that Jack was right behind me, he's seen it all before, right?"

"Yeah, you're right," Jack said, standing as well and making his way over to where he had left his clothes in a heap the night before. (Jack insists on sleeping in boxers and boxers only, and I wasn't going to argue with that.) "Can you drop me off at my hotel?" Jack asked as he brushed his fingers through his hair in the mirror.

"Actually, Jack, about that..." I trailed off, grabbing the keys to my car and opening the door to step outside, Jack walking close behind me out to the driveway. "I know that we just saw each other again for the first time yesterday and all, and we aren't even considered a couple at the moment, but I just figured that maybe, for your own convienience, that you could stay in my apartment to save money on renting a hotel room and such?" Now I was just being awkward.

Jack was beaming with excitement at my words, however. "Really, Lex?" he asked happily.

"Of course. Who would I be to make you waste all of your money on a hotel room when there's a lonely boy in an apartment downtown, who just so happened to really, really miss you?" I smirked, causing a light blush to creep up on Jack's cheeks.

We stopped at the hotel and grabbed all of Jack's stuff, throwing the items in the trunk of my car. Upon arriving home and bringing all of Jack's stuff inside, I decided that it was basically now or never.

"So, Jack, I never got the chance to officially ask you something..." I said, kneeling down in front of him in the couch just like the night before. "Jack Barakat, will you do me the honor of being my boyfriend once again?" I smiled up at him, and he smiled back.

"Of course, Lex," Jack replied, pulling me up to him for a kiss.

"I love you," I whispered against his lips.

"I love you, too. I always have," was Jack's answer.
