All I Ever Wanted

Dan arrived at my house twenty minutes after Tori called him, and Alex kept trying to let get me to let him kiss me, and I knew I was blushing furiously while Tori snickered from her spot on the couch. So when Dan knocked on the door, it was my excuse to get away from Alex embarrassing me.

"Hey. Come on in," I told Dan, and he stepped over the threshold.

"Hey babe. What was it you needed to tell me?" Dan asked as Tori stood up and approached him. She cleared her throat and looked up at him, and Alex wrapped an arm around my waist as we watched.

"I'm... I'm pregnant.." she said. Dan's eyes widened, and his jaw fell slack.

"A-Are you serious!?" He asked with a grin. Tori nodded.

"Oh my god! I love you!" He exclaimed, and he pulled Tori into his arms, pressing kisses on her head as she wrapped her arms around his neck. I smiled and looked up at Alex, who had a smirk on his face. He went to kiss me, but I held my hand up in front of his mouth, and I laughed.

"Nice try. You can do better than that, can't you?" I asked, and I removed myself from his side, "Tell me about your band, Gaskarth." He looked baffled as I sent him a grin, and he scratched his head.

"Well... we uh.. we formed in 2003... we just released our new single for our new album due April seventh...." he trailed off, and I glanced over at Tori and Dan, who were making out.

"Yeah? How many albums do you have out?" I asked, genuinely interested in the subject.

"This will be our sixth release. And... I'm excited for people to hear it," Alex said.

"Wow. There's nothing more sexy than a man who loves his job. Tell me... can I meet the rest of your band?" I asked softly. Alex looked perplexed.

"Yeah. Of course you can," he said, "only if you go out on another date with me next week." I smiled.

"You're on, Alexander. Seven o'clock?" I asked.

"Seven o'clock. I'll pick you up on Saturday," Alex said. I nodded, and he stood up to leave. I walked him to the door, and he swooped down again, only to have his lips meet my cheek, as I had turned my head.

"Uh uh uh. Not yet, Gaskarth," I said playfully, and I pushed him gently out the door, watching as he clutched his hand over his chest cheesily.

"Just wait, Lizzy. I'll get that kiss from you," Alex said.

"I'll hold you to it. See you Saturday!" I exclaimed, and I kissed his cheek, and he went on his way. I closed the door and turned around, seeing the two lovebirds staring at me.

"Somebody's got a crush!" Tori cooed. Dan smirked.

"The amount of flirting that goes on between the two of you is unlike anything I've seen before. You guys have undeniable chemistry, even though you don't see it yet. Just let him kiss you on Saturday," Dan said. I laughed lightly.

"Like you're the love doctor, Dan," I said. He nodded.

"I like to think that title is pretty solid," he said with a nod. I nodded as well.

"Okay. Keep thinking that. I'm gonna go daydream about Alex while you two do whatever happy couples like you do, so... see you later!" I said, and I left then standing in the living room. I entered my room and I flopped onto my bed with a huge smile decorating my lips.

I've only known Alex for like.. a, week and I already had a crush on him! It took me a year to figure out that I had feelings for Noah, and even then it didn't feel right. But this... this was a whole new level I'd never experienced before.

Let's see where that's gonna take me, shall we?
