I started freaking out. "Ally wants wrong?" Alex asked frantically

"can't breathe" I said shaking a lot and started hyperventilating really badly.

"oh god she's having a panic attack guys out!" Alex yelled at them and they went out." Alexandra shhh it's just chemicals just focus on me please" I nodded and do breathing techniques with him. "Good ally keep doing that and you'll be fine" I nod and I start calming down and Alex puts me in my bed and sings to me.

"what the hell jack!" Zack yelled at him." What the fuck were you trying to do?!?!"

"nothing I swear zack! I think she's hurting her self" zacks face immediately goes from anger to sadness. "She's your sister man. I wouldn't do anything to make her uncomfortable. But I think she is that's why she was freaking and screaming" he said frowning

"not my little stitch. Have me and Alan and our parents been this absent in her life. That she's resulted to that?" He said about to cry" jack please tell me your kidding" he pleaded

"I hope I'm wrong zack I really do. But she won't talk to us. We need to let Alan help too".

"fuck. I hope we can help her I really do. She's my only sister and I love her so much and this is just heart breaking. We need to warn Alan and then since she'll be with them for nearly 6 months I'm South America and UK." Zack said and Alex walks down and he's frowning. "What's wrong?!"

" I was taking her flannel off to make her more comfortable and" he paused and sighed" she......."
