"She what? Alex?" Zack asked with a frantic tone.

"she uh she. I saw marks on her wrist but it could be from anything Zack." Alex said trying not to make him freak.

"I've been so absent in her life I feel so awful! My baby sister can't do this. She needs to be okay " he said about to cry

"Zack. I'm familiar with what she's been hiding. I mean not the self harm but the anxiety and panic. I'll help her through it as will jack rian and of mice & men" Alex said promising. A few hours after they calmed him down I woke up and I was confused. Zack and them were in my room. "What happened? " I asked softly and zacks head shot up.

"you're okay now. You freaked out and passed out" he said I sighed and noticed I wasn't wearing my flannel and started freaking and Alex stepped in.

"breathe ally it's okay they know just shhh and relax " he said calming me down and holding me. " that's it" he smiled.

"ally I'm so sorry I've been gone lately." Zack said looking at me. "I uh had to let Alan know since you'll be with him" my heart sunk so far into my stomach I shot up and ran to the bathroom and threw up" ally!"

"Zack she's overwhelmed just relax trust me" Alex told him. This is a fucking disaster! Everything is falling apart and I'm to blame. There you go again Alexandra fucking things up as usual.
