Kiss Me Again

Ever since that talk we had, we've never been better. Last week marked two months that me and Alex have been together. I couldn't be happier, really. Maybe I'm still not exactly comfortable enough with myself to say those three words yet, but I'm getting there. He respects how I feel, and honestly, that just makes me fall for him even more.
Really, the only thing that's been bothering me, is that him and Jack have had basketball practice everyday after school this week, leaving Hayley and I all alone.
The last bell rang, declaring that school was over for the day. We walked out of Music, to Alex's locker.
He took a deep breath as he unlocked the combination.
"Last practice till our game tomorrow!" He grinned.
"Well thank God. You better win too, I haven't been alone every afternoon for nothing!" I wrapped my arms around his waist from behind, and kissed his shoulder.
He chuckled at that.
"But you haven't been alone, you've had Hayley!"
"Yeah, but Hayley's cuddles aren't as good as yours." I joked.
Then, I heard a gasp from beside me.
"How dare you insult my cuddles, you bitch!" Hayley laughed, appearing at my side, fingers interlocked with Jack's.
"Hold on...you two have been cuddling?? What else have you been doing while I'm gone??" Jack gasped, faking shock and betrayal.
"Oh nothing you wanna know.." Hayley winked, wrapping her skinny arm around my shoulders.
"Actually..I think I do. Maybe I could join you guys next time.."
"Jack!" Alex gave him a warning glare, and grabbed my hand possessively, causing everyone to break into fits of laughter.
"Well we gotta get to the locker rooms and get changed, so I'll see you at home later, okay?" Alex said, wrapping his arms around me and pecking my lips.
"But I don't want you to go!" I whined.
"Keep on, and I'll kiss that pout right off your face!" He chuckled, and kissed my nose.
"But Allleeeexx!!" I pouted even more, not wanting him to let go of me.
"Soon, baby."
"But I'll miss you!"
"I know, but I've gotta go, princess. Love you though."
I smiled up at him as he leaned down to connect his lips with mine.
"I'll see ya later." He whispered, smiling at me.
"See ya later.." I repeated, as he turned around to pick up his duffel bag.
We both turned to see Jack and Hayley in a full on make out session against the lockers.
"Yo! Jack, we gotta go!" Alex interrupted with a chuckle.
"Alright..bye Hayley." Jack smiled down at her.
"Bye, Jack!" Hayley winked at him, before he grabbed his stuff and walked off with Alex.
Both Hayley and I sighed in unison, obviously missing our boyfriends already.
"You know, it sucks that it's gonna be like this when they go on tour and stuff." Hayley blurted, causing me to turn to her and give her a puzzled look.
"What?"
"You know..Jacks' been telling me that they're thinking about starting a band after graduation. They're gonna start doing small gigs and stuff till someone big discovers them!" Hayley began to beam with excitement.
"Really? I didn't know that! What are they even calling it?"
Alex told me nothing about this at all!
"They don't really know yet, they're choosing from like..Playground X or some New Found Glory lyrics or something..I don't even know!"
I laughed and shrugged.
"Well that sure does sound exciting!!"
"Yeah, you're right, that does sound exciting!"
Both me and Hayley turned around and grimaced at the sound of the dreadful voice.
We were face to face with Lisa, and her little posse.
"What are you doing here, Lisa?" I hissed at her, narrowing my eyes.
"Well if you must know, we were just on our way to cheer practice, when I heard you guys talking, and I thought that maybe I'd stop by and chat with my friends for a bit." Lisa smirked.
"Oh please, Lisa. We're not your friends. You can run back into the hole you crawled out of." Hayley crossed her arms.
Lisa began talking again, completely disregarding her comment.
"So a band, huh? Tell me, won't it just break your fragile little hearts when they go on tour and find girls much more prettier than you?"
"I'm not worried about that at all, actually." I glared at her.
"Why not? It's happened before.." She smirked, causing her two brain-dead minions to laugh behind her.
"You fucking bit-"
"Anyways! We better be going! Nice talking with you guys!" Lisa completely cut me off, and started turning around, before she looked back at me.
"Oh, and tell Alex I said hi for me." She winked, before strutting off.
"Ugh, that bitch." I muttered, crossing my arms.
"I know. And maybe she should try buying shorts that actually cover her ass!" Hayley rolled her eyes at the girls as they turned a corner in the hall.
"Come on, lets go chill at my place. Jack's letting me take his car, and then he'll just get a ride from Alex, and then Alex can take you back." Hayley offered.
I agreed, and we soon left to go to her place. But I drove, of course. Why Jack trusts her with his car, I don't really know. But then again, I wouldn't trust Jack with a car, either. What a perfect match.
When we got to Hayley's, we made smoothies as usual, and then we started watching Titanic; squealing at the fact that we got there just in time for the beginning.
We'd gotten two hours into the movie, occasionally reciting the lines; me being Jack, and her being Rose.
After a little while longer though, we started getting a bit tired, and I turned my head during a commercial break, to see Hayley already fast sleep on the opposite arm of the couch; her legs stretched over my lap.
I giggled and took a picture of her sleeping face, and posted it to Instagram.
She's totally gonna kill me.
A few minutes later, I got a notification, and checked to see that it was a comment from Jack.

"#wcw Haha!! we're on our way there now, and you better not be cuddling, that's MY job! ;P"

I laughed and shook my head, before returning my attention back to the movie.
A few minutes later, the guys finally got here, and I practically flew off the couch and into Alex's arms.
"Whoa! Hey!" He chuckled, wrapping his arms around my waist to return the hug.
"I missed you!" I smiled into his chest.
"I missed you too, love." He grinned and kissed my hair.
"Let's go home and cuddle, pwease!!" I begged, giving him puppy dog eyes.
"You sure you don't wanna stay and watch the end of the movie?" He nudged his head towards the tv.
We both turned to look in that direction, and saw Hayley wide awake, straddling Jack on the couch.
"Never let go, Jack!!"
"I'll never let go, Hayley!!"
"Um yeah, no. I think I'll pass." I laughed, grabbing Alex's hand and heading towards the door.

When we got back home, Alex went in the fridge to get a soda, while I sat myself up on the counter behind him.
"You want one?"
"Sure." I responded, swinging my feet a little.
"Coke?"
"Sounds good."
"You sound good." He winked, placing our sodas on the surface next to me, before walking over to stand in between my legs.
"And you sound cheesy." I giggled, running my fingers through his hair.
"Only for you, babe." He grinned, before leaning in to give me a kiss.
After a second or two, I pulled back from the kiss, and crossed my arms.
"What?" He raised his eyebrow in confusion.
"So how come you didn't tell me you guys were starting a band?" I raised my eyebrows at him.
"What? Who told you that?"
"Jack told Hayley."
Alex face palmed himself.
"Ugh, son of a bitch!"
I cocked my head to the side.
"Am I missing something here? As to why you didn't want me to know that you and your friends were forming a band together?"
"No no, it's not that I didn't want you to know, it's just that I wanted to surprise you."
"Surprise me? At graduation??"
"Ha, no..I was actually gonna do it tomorrow, after we win our game."
"Oh really?" I smirked.
"Yeah, you know...I was gonna run over to you and pick you up, and spin you around, and kiss you, and then be all like- hey, I'm in a band!! Ya know?" He chuckled, tracing little circles with his thumbs on my jeans.
I felt myself blush furiously, and I couldn't hide my smile as I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Well you could always do that now.." I whispered suggestively.
He smirked, and wrapped his arms around me to pick me up, and I wrapped my legs around his waist as he spun me around.
Then he stopped spinning, and leaned his forehead against mine.
"Hey baby, I'm in a band." He whispered, smirking at me.
"Well okay, but I'm only into drummers." I smirked jokingly.
He rolled his eyes and grinned.
"Shut up, this is the part where you kiss me, not ruin the moment!"
I just smiled at him, and admired his brown eyes, and breathed in his scent.
That perfect Alex smell..
A hint of cologne, his peppermint shampoo, and just...his smell.
His scent is so addictive to me.
"You know what, Alex?"
"Hm?"
"I honestly don't think anything could ruin this moment."
Then, I leaned in and kissed him.

OKAY I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE UPDATED SOONER BUT I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY UNABLE TO FOCUS FOR SOME REASON LIKE IT LITERALLY TOOK ME ALL DAY JUST TO WRITE THIS SHORT CRAPPY CHAPTER SO I APOLOGIZE. AND ON TOP OF THAT, WRITER'S BLOCK IS A BITCH :/
And my Lisa character sounds like something off of Disney Channel, I'm sorry xD
