He is seriously the only thing on my mind and it's pissing me off.
Last night I even dreamt about him! We were having some crazy adventure alone together where we basically traveled the world, and sampled the different foods, and held hands, and cuddled at night in a hotel, and we started making out..Ugh I don't even wanna get into that.

And then during the day I find myself daydreaming about him even..I can't get the boy out of my head and I really wish I could. I don't wanna develop a crush on him, because crushes mean feelings, and feelings lead to love, and soon feelings will get hurt and hearts will get broken and I refuse to make myself vulnerable to the pain of a broken heart.
Ugh.
I invited Hayley over today, or she actually sorta invited herself? She pretty much insisted on coming over, she wants to "make sure I'm ready for my date with Alex tomorrow." I tried telling her over and over that it isn't a date, but hey- that's Hayley.
When she got here and I answered the door, she pretty much pushed past me into the house and began rambling on.
"OMG!! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO WEAR?! HOW ARE YOU GONNA DO YOUR HAIR?! THIS IS SO OVERWHELMING!!" she paced around in the living room, flailing her hands around in a dramatic motion.
I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms.
"Hayley, please."
Next thing I know, she's running up the stairs to my bedroom. I followed after her to find her fishing through my closet.
"No...you can't wear this...nope!"
"Hayley, oh my God! It isn't a fucking date, it doesn't matter what I wear!"
She turned to face me, holding up an outfit, not acknowledging anything I said.
"THIS! THIS IS PERFECT, WEAR THIS!"
She shoved me a pair of black leggings, some white tee, and my leather jacket.
"Wear like some combat boots or something! And straighten your hair! You're gonna look soooo hot for Ale-"
"STOP!! Hayley, please just shut the fuck up!" I am so frustrated at this point.
"Well geez, do you need a tampon or something??" She pouted.
"No I- sorry. I'm just..so stressed out right now."
Now I'm getting a headache..awesome.
"What's wrong?" She pouted, sitting on my bed next to me.
I sighed. " I'm REALLY excited and nervous about going with Alex tomorrow, I don't know why, but he just- won't get out of my head."
"Um, TAAAYYY! Obviously, you like him! Its a good thing! Why are you getting all bitchy over it?"
"Because I don't wanna like him, Hayley! He's...dangerous."
"Dangerous?? How is he dangerous??"
"Love is dangerous!! Ugh!!"
I fell back on my bed in frustration. Hayley gave me a puzzled look.
"Am I missing something here?"
"Everyone I fall for ends up breaking my heart, and I'm not letting it happen to myself ever again."
"Ohhhh. Aw, Tay. Alex is good guy, give him a chance! I think you'll have a great time together tomorrow..he really likes you, Tay."
I sat back up and sighed.
"It's not that easy, Hayley."
"Sorry. But trust me, Tay..I've never seen him so attached to a girl before you moved here.."
"What? Really?"
"Really!" Hayley grinned.
I'll admit, that comment gave me the biggest butterflies ever.


*Alex*
I'm hanging out with the guys right now at Rian's place. We're in his room, playing the Xbox.
"Dude...I am BEASTING right now!" Jack yelled, very into the game.
"FUCK THIS!!" Rian tossed his controller out of frustration, and we all laughed at him.
"Dude, you suck dick at this game." Zack joked.
"Fuck you!" Rian laughed along with us.
"Hey! So Alex.." Jack looked over at me.
"How'd it go with Tay yesterday?"
All the guys gave me their attention.
"Uh, it went great, actually! She agreed to let me take her out tomorrow."
The guys cheered and gave me fist bumps.
"Woooo!! You really put those lungs to good use!" Jack joked.
"I'm really fucking nervous, you guys. What if she still doesn't like me back? I mean...I just REALLY like her, I don't know what it is..I just..do."
"Awwwww! Awex is nervous!!" Zack teased.
"Shut up!"
"It's gonna be fine, dude. It's not like you've ever had a problem before!" Rian gave me a pat on the back.
"Yeah man, just be yourself!" Jack smiled.
I really hope she likes me..
We continued playing the game, until we heard Rian's mom calling us saying the cookies were ready.
We all instantly jumped up and ran downstairs to the kitchen.
"Oh boys!" Mrs. Dawson laughed, placing the tray down on the table.
I look a gingerbread and bit one of its legs off.
"I got it!! When we're out tomorrow, we could even go to that little dessert shop! Chicks like that kind of stuff, right?" I blurted.
The guys stared at me like I was insane. Maybe I was.
"Aww, little Alex.." Mrs. Dawson cooed.
"I think it's sweet how much you like this girl, please- tell me about her!"
I thought for a second.
"Well...she's..she's really smart. And she's really REALLY pretty, and she's funny, and and..we have a lot in common, and her eyes are like..wow! She cares about other people's feelings, and she brings out the best in me. She's just...she's amazing and I can't think of a reason not to like her, to be honest."
The room was silent. I looked up, realizing I had zoned out.
"Alex...you have to date her." Rian stared at me.
"I guess I do, don't I?" I chuckled a bit.
"Dude, this isn't just a crush anymore.." Jack also had a shocked look on his face.
"What do you mean?"
The guys exchanged looks.
"You love her."

This is just a quick filler, the date will be in the next chapter. I'm speeding through this, so sorry if it has any typos, I couldn't keep my fingers from making mistakes (Ha! ATL reference! ;D)
