If We Climb This High, I Swear We'll Never Die.

Walking back to the dorm, I began to doubt my plan. Why the hell would alex want to go to a party with a person he hates in the first place? With a bunch of other people he hates just as much? Exactly. He wouldn't. Maybe I could convince him otherwise. Atleast I hope that I could do that. I couldn't give up. I wouldn't let this arrogant ass get the best of me.

I unlocked the door, and alex was already in there, lying in his bed, doing nothing. As usual. He glared at me as i walked in. Sighing, I walked over to him.

" Hey Alex..." I started, sitting on the edge of his bed.
"Get the fuck off of my bed." He interrupted plainly. He sat up a little, resting on his elbows.

" No just listening to me Gaskarth." I said sterny. I sounded like a teacher who was getting pissed of at one of his students.
" Look. I've been invited to this off-campus party this saturday. I'm allowed to bring a guest, so do you want to come with me?"

He glared at me once more. He then sat up, folding his arms.

" Fuck that." He growled. " Why the fuck not?" Got something better to do?" I asked rudely, running my fingers through my hair.
" No... I just don't wan't to go with you. I hate you." He glanced to his side, a look of anger on his face.

" Well maybe if you got to know me better, you wouldn't hate me." I looked him dead in the eyes so he knew i was serious.

He raised an eyebrow. " Whats in it for me?" He asked.

I took a deep breath thinking. "... Amy's going to be there." I blurted out. I thought back to the pink haired girl from the first day. I think that she was the only person that Alex liked. Even though she disn't like him back. As a matter of fact, I didn't wven fully know if amu was going to be there. But it was the olny way to persuade him. He smirked a little as i mentioned her name.

" Seriously? Amy WILL be there?" Be there. He questioned leaning against the bed post. I nodded.

"Okay i will make you a deal. I'll go with you, aslong as you don't fucking talk to me the rest of the night. I don't even wan't to see your stupid fucking face." I quickly nodded ignoring my insults. " Of course."

So it was a success. Alex was going to the party with me. I felt like jumping and cheering. But that would probably make him change his mind straight away. I went over to my bed, lying back, trying to get some rest. My mind began to wander back to josie. Most girls I meet think i'm a dick before I even uttered a word to them. How would they know? Was it just how i looked or something? But i huess thats fair enough. I normally act like a dick to be i dislike. But Josie was different. She acted like she acually knew me. Like she was into me.

Maybe there was more than one person i need to get to know this year.
