The four of them stood there, with looks of confusion spread across their faces. They all looked at Alex, who shrugged as if to say "why me?". He cautiously looked at the door and found himself reaching for the handle as he flinched, trying to prepare himself for what he was about to find. Just as the door started to open, he felt it slam back shut.

"NO. THOU SHALL NOT PASS." Alex heard Jack scream from the other side of the door.

"DUDE. What the fuck are you talking about? Why were you two screaming and shouting? And why the fuck are you not letting me in my unborn baby's nursery?!" Alex shouted, getting agitated.

"Just wait a minute, man! It's fucking amazing in here!" Zack cried with happiness.

Groans could be heard from the hallway side of the door, to which the boys stuck inside the nursery laughed and shouted "hold on a minute!". Alex let go of his grip on the door, and stood beside Bella, who had a skeptical look on her face.

Everyone looked at each other, wondering what the hell was going on behind this closed door. Suddenly, the door opened before them and both Zack and Jack stood there, fighting for space. "Okay, are you guys ready for the best thing ever?" Jack squealed with excitement.

"What have you done?" Alex asked warily.

"Guys, I swear to God, if you have messed up that room.." Rian warned.

"I will not be fucking happy." Bella huffed.

"Why do you guys not have any faith in us whatsoever?" Zack said with sass, with his hands on his hips. "Look, shut up. All of you. Just come in here!" Zack motioned. "Actually.. no. No. No, no." He put his hands up to say halt them. "No. Okay. Rian and Paige, you come in first." He beckoned them in first. "Do not give away the surprise!" He pressed a finger to his lips and Rian and Paige walked in, not knowing what to expect.

Jack stuck his tongue out at Alex and Bella, who both stuck their middle finger up at him, getting rather impatient. Soon, they both heard Rian and Paige squeal, knowing that they were obviously impressed with whatever Zack and Jack had done to the nursery. Bella started to stomp her feet as she moaned. "Guys! Come on! I want to see!" She groaned as Alex stood behind her, wrapping his arms around her expanded stomach. He kissed her gently on the side of the neck as she fidgeted.

Paige poked her head through the newly-found gap in the door. "You're gonna fucking love it in here, Bel!" She teased. "Are you ready to come in yet?"

"Yes! Let me in! Please!" Bella groaned as she held on tight to Alex's hands. "Come on! This room is for my baby, so surely, as the parent of my baby, I should be allowed to see this God-damned surprise!" Bella started to stomp her feet again.

"Alright, stressy!" Zack rested his head on top of Paige's. "We're just finishing off a couple of things, just to make sure it's absolutely perfect. I don't want you guys coming in here, seeing it how it is, and then complaining when it goes wrong or something. Because a couple of things have gone wrong and Paige and Rian are helping us to sort them out. Paige with her obsessive compulsiveness for setting things straight, and Rian for his practicality."

"Well when can we see?" Alex grunted.

"Now!" Rian shouted from within the nursery.

"Alright then, here we go! You two ready?!" Paige asked with a massive smile on her face.

"YES!" Bella and Alex shouted together, as they gripped each others' hands tight.

"Come on then!" Paige beckoned the two of them in, reaching for Bella's hand. She grabbed Bella's hand, as Bella still held onto one of Alex's hands. "Close your eyes, it's a surprise after all!" Paige warned, wagging a finger at Bella's face, with her spare hand.

Paige made sure that both Alex and Bella had their eyes shut before letting the two of them in the nursery. Finally. They walked in.

Zack, Jack, Rian and Paige were now standing in the middle of the room, grinning happily in excitement.

"Can we open our eyes yet?" Alex questioned, still gripping onto Bella's hand tight.
