"I don't do band members!"

I watched ATL's set from side stage and greeted all the guys, even Alex who gave me an awkward hug. Right now we were hanging out in their bus with the crew and the band chatting and drinking, just having a relaxed night.

Jack comes over with two beers in his hands, waves one in front of my face which I grab with a smile and drops himself next to me on the couch and leans over to end up with his head on my lap. I have to giggle at this and as I continue to talk to the guys I mindlessly start playing with his hair. He turns his head more towards me and closes his eyes with a big grin on his lips and a content hum bubbling up in his throat.

This is honestly the most adorable sound I have ever heard. "You know you are a real Bara-Cat. Whenever I sit down, you're in my lap and as soon as I fondle your hair you literally start purring. So, so cute!"

He just smiles and cuddles even closer to me. And I look up only to find an angry Alex staring at me, I just shrug and give him a fake bright smile to which he rolls his eyes.

I guess we had quite a lot of drinks on this night because Jack and I end up falling asleep on the couch together lying alongside each other our legs entangled and my head resting on his arm and my face nuzzled into the crook of his neck. Jack has his arms around me pulling me close to him and I hold him around the waist.

When I awake I can't believe we got any kind of sleep on this narrow couch together, we must have been really plastered but it somehow feels comfy so I stay where I am and just enjoy the moment.

Jack seems to be waking up as well because he mumbles my name and slowly strokes my hair. That doesn't last long because soon after I hear the loud noise of somebody entering the front lounge and I recognise Alex's voice yelling. "Dammit, Jack!"

He looks up. "What?" Jack asks trying to rub the sleep from his eyes.

"Fuck, you know exactly what. I told you about this and you just...you-" here Alex voice trails off.

I lift my head and whisper into Jacks ear. "Do you want to get up? What's going on? Shall I leave?"

He looks at me "tut tut" he shakes his head and pulls my head back into his embrace. "Keep out of this" he whispers back.

I can hear Alex mumbling and cursing in the kitchen area beside the lounge and slamming what I assume to be bowls and coffee mugs onto the counter.

"Alex, I didn't do anything, nothing happened, calm down." Jack calls over to his best friend.
All that noise makes me realise that I have a massive hangover and the fact that Alex is having a loud hissy fit is not helping my aching head.

So after having to listen to Alex and Jack's argument on full volume for a couple of minutes I finally jump up from the couch but have to hold my head because the sudden movement sets the room spinning.

My mood hits rock bottom and I rush over to Alex who turns around at the counter when he sees me coming at him, I bring my face so close to his that we almost touch.

I stare into his eyes that are wide and bright and whisper-yell. "Alex, I have a splitting headache, what the fuck do I have to do to shut you up, for Christ sake!" I deliberately let my gaze flicker down to his lips and back and I let a smirk appear on my lips.

He looks taken aback but his stare stays glued to my lips as he swallows hard. When he regains a grip on himself he shoves me aside and brushes past me to the bunk area.
