The Beach –Jalex

“Alex why are we taking blankets to sit on?” Jack asked as he got some blankets out. “Because you’re going to start complaining about sitting on grass.” Alex laughed at his reply and the two got into the car. Alex was the one driving because the two of them knew that if Jack was driving, they probably wouldn’t even make it to the park.

The two listened to their favourite Blink songs until they arrived. They stepped out of the car. Alex grabbed the heavy things and Jack got everything else. “How about here?” Jack asked as they came to a patch of green grass. Alex nodded his head and Jack placed the picnic blanket down on the grass. Alex sat down first and Jack sat next to him.

Jack and Alex were inseparable and they did pretty much everything together. Jack nuzzled his nose into Alex’s neck as Alex got the sandwiches that he had made earlier out of the bag. “Jack stop we’re in public. Wait till later.” Alex squirmed. Jack laughed and pulled away from the older boy’s neck. He bit into a sandwich in the most unattractive way that anyone could have taken a bite out of a sandwich.

Alex pulled a face at Jack and told him to eat his sandwich properly. “Hey since we’re near the beach can we go to the beach once we’re done eating?” Jack asked Alex. Alex nodded his head and they finished off their food so they could hurry up and go to the beach.

They packed up everything and made their way to the car to put everything away. “Can I get a kiss now?” Jack asked as Alex sat down in the driver’s seat. Alex laughed quietly and pressed his lips to Jack’s. When Jack pulled away he realized that Alex was blushing and he smiled at him awkwardly. Jack sat in the passenger’s seat and Alex drove towards the beach that only took them 5 minutes.

Alex and Jack stepped out of the car once again and started walking towards the beach. Jack grabbed hold of Alex’s hand so that everyone knew that Alex was Jack’s. Alex felt his cheek flush again which made Jack laugh quietly. Alex squeezed his hand tightly and Jack stopped laughing. “You’re so cute when you’re mad.” Jack teased. Alex shrugged and the two continued walking down the beach until they had had enough of walking.

“I’m getting tired can we go home now?” Jack complained as they walked back up to where they started. “If you say so.” Alex nodded and they walked back to their car again. “I had a really good day Alex.” Jack smiled as he pressed their foreheads together so that their noses were touching. “So did I. I love you Jack.” Alex pressed his lips to Jack’s. “I love you too Alex.” Jack kissed him back.
