Everything's Magic

Love

*Few days later*

"You do know that no one is going to say anything about us, right? I don't know what you're so scared of." Alex sighed for the hundredth time that morning, placing the dirty bowl in the sink, promising Jack that he'd wash it up when they come home from school. Jack protested, of course, but Alex wasn't listening. "And even if they do, I will be saying something."

"I don't know." Jack sighed with frustration and confusion, placing his forehead on the table. Alex looked at him, yet another sigh fell from his lips.

"I'd really like to hold your hand around school and show people that you are mine." Alex said, almost defensively. He knew Jack was popular at school, as he had admired him since he started the school. He knew girls through themselves at him. This was the main reason he wanted to let people know he was Jack's, and Jack was his. Although for being an open minded, 'don't let anything get to you', 'don't worry' guy, he did get jealous. Jack was beautiful in every way, and he could have any guy and girl he wanted. He wasn't doubting himself, he was just thinking the truth.

Jack lifted his head, looking at Alex with a raised eyebrow.

"Okay?" He said, confusion still there. Again, there goes the sigh that erupt out of Alex's frowning mouth.

"Jack, when you're in love with someone, you want to feel as if no one else can take them away. Not coming out won't make them feel that way." He explained, running a hand through his styled hair. Jack furrowed his eyebrows at this, his face looking even more frustrated.

"I know what love feels like, Alex. You don't have to tell me everything that I already know." He snapped, getting up. "Stop telling me how to live my life, okay?" He said sharply, grabbing his bag. Alex sat back in his seat, shocked that that kind of tone of voice and attitude just left his boyfriend's mouth.

"Come on or we will be late." The frustrated skunk haired boy muttered, grabbing his house keys off the table.

Alex got up, his facial features sharpened as he felt quite enraged and bitter by the way Jack was acting so selfish. Jack opened the front door, waiting impatiently for his boyfriend to hurry up. He held the door open for him, getting irritated by how long Alex was taking just to get up from the table. When the pink haired boy saw the harsh stare Jack was giving him, he huffed, storming up to him.

"I was only trying to help." He said bitterly, before storming out the door and left Jack behind. He was only trying to help and Jack threw it away like it was nothing. He almost felt like he should give up on giving advice to him, because most of the time, he takes it negatively. Like the time he wanted Jack to do work so they could get their revision poster finished, but he took it wrongly. It angered the smaller boy that Jack wasn't taking his advice in the way he wanted to. Only yesterday were they agreeing on different advice he was giving, and now he mentions coming out to the school as a couple, he wasn't agreeing.

Jack lazily walked behind, watching Alex ahead, his pace now slowerd down, looking at the rich houses and admiring them.

He felt bad. He knew Alex was trying to help him, make their relationship even stronger, but he didn't have to speak to him like he was five. So this is why he decided to jog up to Alex, taking his hand in his, feeling the smaller boy's smile as they walked.

This is for the best.

They walked into school, still holding hands. No one had said anything, although some stared. It was common though. Once you see a couple holding hands you rather smile and feel happy for them, or disgusted.

"See, I told you everything would be fine" Alex smirked. They were in Science, and they weren't exactly doing much.

"Hey, don't get all cocky because you proved me right." Despite his tone of voice, he smiled at his boyfriend.

"I like getting cocky, especially getting your cocky." Alex said quietly, then giggled. Jack hit himself in the face and looked at Alex in a "are you serious" kind of way.

"You're an idiot." Jack sighed, laughing a little. Alex just continued laughing at himself quietly, trying to get on with the work they had been set.

Jack wasn't really the one to fall in love, more like he liked to have multiple of people around him, giving him all sorts of attention. He liked to play hard to get. But as soon as Alex came knocking at his door that one night, everything changed. He devoted himself to one person, and gave that one person all sorts of attention. Alex didn't have any friends, not at the school anyway. He did tell him he had a friend called Zack who showed him around and they formed a short friendship, but Zack went on his own path and didn't speak to him anymore. Jack doesn't regret asking Alex out, nor doubts, he just wondered why.

Maybe it was because how different and open minded he was. Jack loves the way he just rambles on about the world - he loved hearing how he viewed it.

Alex was really different. The way he dressed, mostly in black with blue or black jeans. The way his hair was styled perfectly like he was some professional hair stylist.

Most of all, Jack loved the way he treated him. He treated him like he was something special. He'd tell him that he is beautiful and amazing everyday. And when he was looking for something to get through his tough moments, he'd always pull him out stronger with his words.

He really loved Alex, and he wanted to show him it. He wanted to show him how much he meant to him.

The final bell went off, signalling it was the end of the day. Jack got up from his chair and walked out of the classroom even though the teacher hadn't confirmed they could go. He didn't care, anyway.

He wanted to wait for Alex outside his classroom that was only around the corner.

He stood outside Alex's classroom in time as they all came flooding out when he got there. He smirked when he saw Alex, who was looking at the floor. He grabbed him by the shirt, turning him around and pulled him in for a deep kiss. Alex seemed shocked, but kissed him back when he noticed it was just Jack.

They pulled back a couple of minutes later.

"Hey there." Alex chuckled, and Jack grabbed his hand, slotting their fingers together.

"Let's go to my fab house." Jack pulled Alex along with him, deciding to skip down the now empty halls.

"We're off to see the Wizard-" Jack began singing, continuing to skip.

"The wonderful Wizard of Oz." Alex interrupted, giggling quietly until they got to the end of the hall where Jack slowly and dramatically "fell" to the ground, clutching his shirt and taking deep breathes.

"That was the...most exercise...I've ever done in my fucking...life." He curled up into a ball, making loud breathing noises.

"Jack, get up. Peasants have walked where you're laying." And Alex had never seen a person get up from the floor so fast in his life. Jack forced his back to Alex's chest, and his back hit the lockers while Jack rubbed his back all over his chest.

"Get it off! GET IT OFF!" He screamed, his hands flailing in the air.

"Jack, can you stop, your ass in rubbing in an inappropriate place. Jack!" Alex laughed as he pushed Jack off him, using all his strength. God knows what the people behind the school cameras must think, that's if they actually work.

"You're fucking crazy!" The pink haired boy laughed, and Jack just rubbed down his shirt, acting as if there was dust on it or something.

"I could've died from stupidity and popularity." Jack joked.

"You are stupid and popular, idiot." Alex rolled his eyes as they walled out of school into the cool, fresh air.

"Oh yeah."

~~~
"I'm pretty sure my mum is having the time of her life with me not being at home barely." Alex mumbled, flicking through the music channels, which was annoying Jack, but he didn't say anything.
"I'm sure she's missing you. She can have you all to herself tomorrow." Jack decided, watching crappy songs show up on tv for a split second before Alex changed the channel.
"More like you're gonna have me all to yourself tomorrow." Alex said smugly, flicking to two more channels before he finally found a decent song.
"True." Jack mumbled, picking up his can of coke from the table and taking a couple of gulps.
When the old song on the channel had finished, Rick Astley popped up on screen, making Jack scream.
"God fucking dammit! We just got rick rolled in 2015! This is all your fault, Alex!" Jack got up, running upstairs. Alex sat there, staring at the tv, his eyes slightly squinted as he thought,
"What the fuck?"
He got up, rolling his eyes as he went upstairs, inspecting all the room for Jack, to find him sat on the floor In the spare room with his guitar on his lap.
"You're rather on drugs or drank too much coke." He walked into the room, sitting beside his crazy boyfriend.
"I'm not sure I remember." Jack laughed, tuning his guitar, humming a little melody under his breath. Alex sat and watched him, finding the way his face was hidden behind his fringe adorable.
Jack began playing a little tune on his guitar that soon turned into a song Alex recognised. Everything's Magic.
"Is this our song now?" Alex asked, humming along.
"Only if you sing to it right now." Jack teased. Alex sighed, smiling as he began singing the song.
After the song, Jack placed his guitar down, announcing he was going to make dinner.
~~~

"I didn't know you could cook." Alex smirked at Jack across the table.

"Hey!" Jack exclaimed in a offended tone of voice, picking up both of their empty plates. "Just because I'm a big two year old, doesn't mean I can't cook." He went off to put the dishes in the sink. Alex got up, going over to the sink.

"I said I was going to do the dishes, so excuse me, sir." Alex pushed Jack aside, and said boy groaned.

"Don't call me sir." Jack slapped his arm, and Alex looked at him in a knowing way.

"Okay, sir. " He smirked, putting the plug in and the taps on. Jack glared at him, before wondering off to the bathroom. Once he was done, he stepped out the bathroom, wondering back into the living room. Alex was still doing the dishes, so he thought he'd sit on the sofa by himself and hog the tv for a bit. He stumbled across Regular Show and left it on, laughing now and then at it.

Alex joined him half an hour later, curling into his side and resting his head in the crook of his neck.

"I love you." Alex mumbled, kissing his neck.

"I love you, too." Jack pulled Alex in for a kiss. It was going sweet and innocent until Alex decided to crawl on him and place his legs either side of him, sitting on him. He deepened the kiss, tugging on Jack's hair, whereas said boy had his hands around his waist. It turned hot and fast, where Alex's top was the first to go.

"Fuck, I love you." Alex moaned into his mouth, pulling at his top. Jack moved them so Alex was now laying with his back against the sofa. He connected their lips again, but brought them into a slow, passionate kiss. He tugged on Alex's bottom lip gently, before licking it with his tongue, wanting access to the inside of his mouth. Alex obeyed, and their tongues fought slowly with passion.

Once things were about to get heated again, Jack disconnected their lips and watch Alex's eyes open. He stared in them, as the thing he had been thinking about all day was back. He was almost looking for reinsurance, hoping Alex would say yes to his question, even though he hadn't asked it.

Alex was about to ask what was wrong, when Jack spoke up.

"I want to make love to you."
