Everything's Magic

Jessica

They were in bed, Jack's head was laying softly on Alex's bare chest, his slow breathing fanning on his warm skin. Alex was playing with Jack's hair, staring at the wall in front of him. He was trying to get to sleep, but for reason, he wasn't. He really cared about the boy in his arms, and was starting to re think what he said to him. It was harsh, and he knew that. He didn't exactly know if his words effected him in a bad way or a good way, because all Jack did was cry silently in his arms before he decided that they should get some sleep.

He sighed softly, bringing the cover back over Jack where it had fell slightly. He turned his head to the side and slowly closed his eyes, finally feeling his body wanting to drift off to dreamland. His fingers stopped playing with the boy's hair, but they were still tangled in them.

Jack woke up to a strong smell of bacon tickling under his nostrils. He groaned in appreciation, before slowly getting out of bed, grabbing a thick blanket and wrapping it around him to keep him warm, seeing as he couldn't be bothered to get changed. He stumbled slightly down the stairs, his foot almost stood on his blanket, which he was glad it didn't, otherwise that would be one injury.

He walked into the kitchen, seeing Alex at the oven.

"Morning." Jack mumbled, walking over to Alex and opening his arms, wrapping him in his little blanket burrito. Alex chuckled softly, holding Jack's waist.

"As cozy as this is, we don't need a blanket on fire, do we?" He leaned up, a smile in his lips as he gave the taller boy a quick kiss. Jack sighed tiredly, unwrapping himself from his boyfriend and lazily stomped over to the couch where he fell into fetal position, holding himself and closing his eyes. He was still tired and his eyes felt weird from crying last night.

Alex walked into the living room, two plates filled with bacon and eggs in his hands. He smiled when he saw Jack hugging himself, finding him cute.

"Jack, bacon." He said softly, his voice calm, almost like he didn't want to disturb the tired boy on the couch. Jack opened his eyes, blinking a bit before a small visual smile formed on his slightly dry lips. He sat up and Alex handed him his plate.

"Thank you, wonderful boyfriend." Jack grinned, though his voice was a little bit raspy.

"You're welcome, wonderful boyfriend." Alex chuckled, placing his plate down on the table and went to the kitchen to collect their drinks.

They sat down in silence, apart from the TV making a little sound, just about audible. They finished their breakfast not soon after.

"That was really nice, thank you." Jack mumbled, resting his head in Alex's neck, cuddling up to him. Alex grinned, wrapping his arm around the younger boy's waist.

"It's alright. What do you want to do today?" Alex asked, his thumb softly stroking Jack's waist.

"To the bridge?" He answered questioningly, looking up at Alex. He had little heart eyes, his brown eyes were sparkling. Alex found him overly cute, his heart beating slightly faster just by looking at the love in Jack's eyes.

"Yeah, sure." He smiled, and Jack got off him.

"Do you want to borrow some clean clothes?" Jack asked, grabbing Alex's hand and pulled him up gently. Alex nodded, adding a "please" and they made their way upstairs.

Jack handed him some clean clothes and he decided to strip down right on the spot. Jack had seen him naked more than once, anyway. While pulling his (Jack's) jeans up, said boy wrapped his arms around his chest. Alex shivered at his cold hands, but relaxed as he felt his back being pressed against Jack's clothed chest. Jack kissed his neck covering it with kisses before kissing his cheek.

"I love you." He smiled, nuzzling his head in Alex's neck.

"Good, because I love you, too." Alex turned around, pulling Jack's head up and kissing him a bit roughly on the lips. He reacted, almost instantly licking Alex's bottom lip. He hummed with approval. Every time they kissed, both wanted more. They wanted it to last forever.

Alex's fingers roamed through Jack's hair, lightly pulling on it. Jack moaned quietly, the sound making Alex kiss him harder, pulling him closer. Jack's fingers slipped down Alex's lower back into his boxers were he cupped and squeezed his ass. Alex chuckled against Jack's lips before moving his lips away from his.

"Jack," he laughed lightly, "that was inappropriate."

Jack smirked, squeezing Alex's ass again before removing his hand out of his boxers.

"I can't help it if it's a great butt and all mine." He said, maybe a little too seductively to be taken seriously. Alex rolled his eyes, grabbing his top off the floor and pulling it on. Jack went off to get changed, himself.

~~~
About half an hour later and they were heading to the bridge. They walked hand in hand, talking about anything and everything. It went from space, to how weird vaginas and dicks looked, to inspirational quotes.
They soon got to the bridge, and they were happy it was a bright day as the scenery looked outstanding. They sat down on the wide ledge, still hand in hand.
"I think I love this place more than my life." Alex mumbled, resting his head on jack's shoulder.
"Especially if were both sat here, together. It makes it even more special." Jack added, looking down at the river. Alex smiled, and hummed in agreement.
"Yeah. We should name it." Alex said, looking up at Jack's face.
"Jessica." Jack said out of the blue. Alex chuckled, sitting up straight.
"Maybe we should skip that." Alex laughed half-heartedly.
"She's still called Jessica to me." Jack said smugly, and Alex shook his head. He looked up at the sky, the clouds looked significant compared to the baby blue that was painted around them. Even the most different of things can look so beautiful together.
They admired the place like they did the first time they saw it. It was probably the closest thing to heaven.
Alex felt like it was the best time to apologise for how harsh he was being yesterday. He turned to the skunk-haired boy, letting a quiet sigh leave his mouth.
"I'm sorry for being so harsh yesterday, I honestly didn't want it to come out so mean. Being upset over something that you are experiencing is okay and understandable, but I just wasn't thinking that at the time." He apologized, playing with his own fingers. Jack shrugged.
"It's okay, at least you were trying to help, and you helped." Jack grinned, taking Alex's hand in his. Alex looked up at him, his pink fringe was slightly in his face, so Jack reached over to move it.
"I'm always here to help. I proved that by walking in the dark at midnight to be there for you. If I was miles away, I'd be right here beside you when you needed me." He was being sappy, he knew that, but it was all true.
"I believe you, Alex." Jack said, his index finger and thumb pressed gently under Alex's chin, as he leaned down and kissed him sweetly.
Things get tough, but you will always get that thing that pulls you through it. If you don't agree with that statement, think of this; you're still here now.
There are always those bumpy parts on your track, but we learn to step over them and let our feet feel the flat surface again.
Honestly, life is full of bumps, but it is also full of flat surfaces.
Notes
Dunno where that ending came from.
