Alex Gaskarth is a cheeky twenty three year old guy living in Towson, Baltimore. After a sudden entrance to Jade's life, he tries to push past her cold, defensive exterior in the hopes of getting to know her better.

Jade Perry is a regular, angst ridden twenty year old girl, who has no time for dating, relationships, or guys in general. Failing to brush off a very forward encounter from Alex, she then goes on a set of dates, somewhat against her rule of not dating.
