I wake up and look over to see Jack sleeping very peacefully in my bunk. He looks extremely comfortable for as crowded as it is in the bunk. I climb out of the bunk and go into the bathroom.
"I'm taking a shower! Just so you all know!" I yell so the guys know not to come in while I'm in there. I get in the shower and begin to wash up, since I was too upset to do it last night and believe me I needed it since I was extremely sweaty after yesterday's show.
As I'm showering, I look down and see the cuts. Normally, I would burst into tears from the thoughts. But this time, I smile. Seeing them now reminds me of how much Jack cares about me. So, as I said before, I won't be intentionally harming myself as long as they're in my life. I didn't realize how important he was to me till last night, and now when I say I'll never do it again, I mean it.
As soon as I finish my shower, I get dressed and walk out of the bathroom and into the front lounge. I sit down next to Jack and cuddle up next to him.
"So, we saw Jack get out of your bunk this morning." Alex says giving me a look. "What did you guys do?"
"Nothing, actually." Jack laughs. "We just talked. Megan was stressing out and unable to sleep and so was I."
"Uh huh, like I'll believe that." Rian jokes. The day progresses, and it's time for us to perform. After we finish up our last show of the tour, we walk off of the stage. I start to walk away, when I feel someone nudge my shoulder.
"Hey, you still watching our show?" It was Vic. "Mike said he invited you."
"Uh, yeah, he did actually." I smile.
"So, you coming?" Vic asks me. I look over at Jack.
"Go ahead, babe." He tells me. I then walk towards Vic and the other members.
"You guys can come watch too if you want." Jaime tells the guys. They all look at each other and talk it out.
"Well, Zack and Rian are going to go back to the bus and get some rest before we hit the road, but Jack and I will watch." Alex tells them.
"Great!" Vic says smiling. "Let's go." He then directs us right back onto the Kia Rio stage, but keeps us along the side where we are meant to be. After a few minutes, he grabs his guitar about to walk onto the stage.
"Good luck." I smile. He then smiles back and walks onto the stage as they start their set with the song Besitos. I can't believe I'm actually seeing them live right now. When the chorus comes, I can't help but sing, "I'm tired of holding up your backup plans. Go down your list and be satisfied if all you have is not enough." The show progresses, and they are about to play their song, Yeah Boy and Doll Face.
"You know, I feel like pulling someone on stage." Vic yells into the microphone causing the crowd to cheer. Just then he walks over and grabs my hand. He pulls me on stage and sits me down on one of the amps. I feel so confused but happy. Just then, he grabs my hand and begins to sing as he stares into my eyes, "Were you honest when you said, I could never leave your bed? Wake me up and let me know you're alive." Instantly a smile beams onto my face.
"And will you fall in love again, is the scent slowly spreading? I've been answering machines all night." As he sang that line, he got down on one knee still singing to me. I continue to smile huge trying hard not to cry in front of everyone. Hearing the crowd cheer loudly as he sings to me was a huge moment for me.
"And are the doctors dancing in, while the ambulances sing? Another boy without a sharper knife." He then pauses, grabbing my hand and lifting me up and walking me back to Jack and Alex. As he walks back to finish the song, I start jumping and screaming, unable to contain myself.
"Damn, excited are you?" Alex laughs.
"Yes, oh my God, that was so crazy." I answer still squealing to myself. As they finish the song, they discuss about their finale and begin to play Caraphernelia. When it gets to the end, I yell my favorite part, "What if I can't forget you? I'll burn your name into my throat, I'll be the fire that'll catch you. What's so good about picking up the pieces? What if I don't even want to." As the song ends, I start to scream in excitement. I still can't get over what Vic just did to me on stage. After they finish the show, we wait for them to finish up. As they walk off stage, I stop them.
"Vic, what was that about?" I ask them smiling like crazy.
"Just felt right." He smiles.
"Thank you guys. It's obvious you really made her night." Jack laughs.
"Yeah, anytime." Jaime smiles. That's when all of them walk up and hug me.
"It was fun seeing you this last couple of days." Tony says to me. "We will definitely miss you." I can't help but smile. Who knew I would even meet them or even get close with them for that matter?
"Yeah, I'll miss you too." I say nervously. We then say all our goodbyes, and Alex, Jack and I walk back to the bus. Before going to bed, we tell the other guys everything that happened during Pierce The Veil's set. After enjoying ourselves for a few hours to celebrate the end of the tour, we all go to sleep.
