Chapter 9
At Actual Graduation.
i was slowly dozing off, letting my head droop. "Wake up." Alex shook me awake, they had us ordered so it went from highest grades to lowest grades. thankfully, Alex, Jack, Rian and i were more higher than lower. I wiped the drool off my face, sitting up.
"how much longer till I'm called?" i asked.
"4 people." Jack replied, i was the first to go up after another five minutes or so of waiting.
"Rebeckah Alexandria Mason." The principal announced. i stood up, walking up to the stage, shaking furiously. "Congratulations Beck."
"Thank you sir." i shook his hand, going back to my seat. "Alexander William Gaskarth." he announced "Jack Bassom Barakat, Robert Rian Dawson." once everyone was Called, we all exited the Auditorium. "group hug!" Jack enforced a hug between the 4 of us. Zack ran up, carrying Alice.
"Mommy!!" Alice cheered "You did good!" she high-fived me i took her from Zack.
"I did didn't i?" i said, kissing her forehead. I heard Heels clicking behind me, i turned around seeing Lisa. "Is that the child you were left because of your dead beat ex boyfriend. or is that an incest child?" she asked sarcastically. i bit my lip, handing Alice to Alex.
"Actually, Lisa if you must put your big nose in everything, i actually offered to take care of Alice here because her father went missing and her grandparents are older. Is that the only question you wanted to ask me? or did you want to know my bra size or something?" i growled, Lisa took a step back.
"Okay Beck maybe.." Jack tried to interfere.
"Or maybe you could just go back to the hole where you came from and don't come out because no one here, wants you. Goodbye." i turned on my heel, walking towards my parents.
"Becka, that was a little over board don't you think?" Alex asked following me.
"Not in one bit would i think that." i stood next to my dad.
"Good Job Becky, I'm proud of you." my dad said, i rolled my eyes.
"Wait. your dad gets to call you Becky, but we can barely get away with calling you Becka?" Rian asked, trying to sound hurt.
"Well hes my dad, he picked my name for Christ sakes!" i laughed. my dad pulled me into a hug.
"Still proud Beck." My dad said.
"Thanks Daddy, Alice, do you want to go to the diner and See Ash?" i asked. Ash was a year behind us so she was at work While the rest of us, Including Cass and Mariah, were graduating.
"No mommy!" she shook her pig tales, then laid her head on Alex's shoulder.
"Well someone needs a nap." I smirked at Jack.
"WELL!" Jack looked at Alex, then at me "I have to go spend time with my parents." he walked away quickly. I raised an eye at Alex, who was blushing slightly.
"Here, we will watch Alice for the afternoon." Heather and Indie stole my daughter walking away.
"Charlotte, Lawrence, lets go to lunch." my mom suggested, walking away. i went to talk to Rian and Zack, but they were gone.
"Well. i guess we're hanging out for the night." Alex shrugged. i sighed. "Where are we going for lunch then?" i asked, pulling my keys out of my purse.
"I drive." he stole my keys, walking outside to my little Honda civic.

I looked on your profile, and I'm sad to see this was never continued. And it's sad that it never received any comments either. It wasn't that bad, you kept the plot going, my only complaint was that maybe you kind of skipped a tad and just seemed to rush through your writing... but it was still a good story. I was a bit sad she didn't end up with Alex sooner, though. lol.
I'm hoping you choose to one day maybe write an epilogue to this, if not a full-fledged sequel. It kind of just left off, so I would love to see more of a conclusion to it. But I understand losing inspiration, so, there's that.
But just thought I would leave a comment since there aren't any to let you know that I enjoyed this. :) It's sad that no one else commented, hm. :/
