Dangerous

Chapter Three: Not Now

Please save me this time I cannot run
And I'll see you when this is done
And now I have come to realize
That you are the one who's left behind

"Hey there,"

Jack startled as he heard a sudden voice appear from no where. At first, he thought it was the evil voice in his head playing tricks on him. But when he kept his head down, and rolled his eyes to the corner of him, he could see the amazing boy that has saved him for so long. He smiled to Alex, but mostly to himself as he looked deep into the ground. Alex was always there for him. Alex never gave up on Jack- he was the only one that hasn't so far. He always welcomed him every dreadful morning; even when Alex was in a bad mood. Every school morning, he has proved his villainous, wicked voice in his head that never failed to torment him, that someone out there still cared. Someone still hasn't gave up on Jack. But as always, his voice will convince him that he's doing it because he has no one to talk to. He kicked a stone on the pavement, sadly. He wished the voice inside his head would just disappear.

"Are you okay?" He heard Alex nicely ask. Jack nodded, lying. When has Jack ever been okay? From what Jack remembers, he hasn't been okay since the tragedy that happened.

Right now, only the faint sound of a bus could be heard. Jack felt sick. Still years after the incident, Jack was still scared of buses. He was even sent to therapy because he couldn't sleep without the incident re-appearing in every dream. Even when he was dreaming about something good happening to him, it still ended with the nightmare he knew too much about. But now, his nightmares are no longer there, instead, a whole new scary thing has replaced the tragic nightmares: his voice.

"Hey, wanna sit on the bus with me?" He heard the chirping Alex. Jack heard the bus pull to a stop at the bus stop. He nodded slowly and let Alex get on first. Alex and Jack showed the evil-looking bus driver their bus ID and they searched for two seats. Jack couldn't help but notice the evil glares from the stuck up teens as he passed them. Alex looked back and smiled before moving to the side. He had finally found two free seats. He awkwardly sat down next to him and placed his pull-over bag on his lap- the strap still hanging over his shoulder. Jack looked down at it, tracing my fingers over the material. He was just waiting for his voice in his head to spring up from Hell deep within his skin, and attack him like a lion. His voice had a certain name: Aldemar. It's a strange name, but Aldemar prefers it.

"You sure you're okay?" Alex says worridly to Jack. Jack thinks for a moment. He is okay now that Alex is beside him, keeping Aldemar away hiding. He nods and smiled to his bag. Jack only ever smiles when Alex talks to him. All the words he spoke to Jack has saved him for so long. Others never bothered about Alex's kindness, they never really needed it. But Jack, Jack needed it more then anything in the world to keep him strong.

Jack could hear sneering and laughing from behind him, he didn't look behind him though. But he soon knew who it was when a flick to the head happened. It was Max. Max always tormented Jack, along with everyone else in the world. Max had the signature move of flicking Jack in the back of the head,evilly. Jack shuffled in his chair un-comfortably.

There was a sudden shot of electricity run through his leg. He moved his eyes away from his bag to the place where it tingles. There he saw no other than Alex's hand gently over Jack's leg. He shyly looked up a tiny bit; but didn't look Alex in the eye. He bit his lip as Alex leaned down near his ear.

"Just ignore them." He calmly whispered. Jack's whole body got warmer and he knew Alde was waking up. Jack tapped his free leg up and down slowly, getting scared. Aldemar (Alde for short) controls him. He tells Jack what to do, but it physically hasn't got that bad. He tells him to scream at his parents, because he believes they don't care for him. He says that if Jack lets anyone in to his life, he'll hurt them. He'll make Jack hurt them. That's why he never spoke to Alex, as much as he would love to, but he can't even talk to anyone. If he had only one minute to talk to Alex in his entire life, he'll thank him for saving his life. Jack didn't realise Max asked a question until he pushed Jack's head forward and laughed. Jack sighed and replaced his head back on the seat, shuffling even more.

"Max, just leave him alone, please." He heard Alex say nicely. He heard Max laugh again.

"Oh. Sorry, didn't mean to hurt your worthless boyfriend." He sneered. That made Jack blush a little. Jack may of have a little crush on Alex, even though he hasn't seen fully what Alex looks like. He never looked up to him. It all went quiet from Max and Alex from there on.

@Twat

oh Damn, sorry. Aldemar died because Jack had did what his father had done... Like, Jack had basically died for a moment, so Aldemar died and never came back when Jack did. I don't know if that makes sense. Maybe I should've included that.
