Jack's p.o.v

The cold winters air blew across my face as I walked behind Alex. We were walking up the school's path, quite slowly. I hugged my jumper and shivered as the mysterious wind blew across our way. My teeth chattered a little, catching the free wind with every chatter. My body hated the bitter cold of dreadful winter, but I preferred winter compared to Summer. The summer is too hot and when you have scars like me, you have to wear a jumper to prevent them showing of to the whole horrid world. I walked a little faster as I noticed Alex walking faster a bit.

He probably is trying to get away from you.

"Y-you're awake?"

Of course. I was awake the whole time, Jack.Good morning.

I could hear the bitter spits as he talked. I tried to ignore him and slowed down behind Alex completely, yet again, believing in Alde. I watched as people walking in front of me, blocking the view of Alex.

"Fucking Hell, man. Can't you walk any faster?" I heard a voice right behind my neck.It sent more shivers down my chilly neck and I quickly picked up the pace.

. Are you seriously going to let them talk to you like that?

"Well I let you, didn't I?"

As soon as I spoke back, I regretted it. Great, now there's going to be trouble.

Ouch, fiercey. Aldemar said, acting like he was hurt.

"I'm sorry."

I weakly spoke back.

You know, every time you speak to me like that, it kills me a tiny bit. Every time you snap back, it makes me burn.
He said.

" Why are you telling me this?" I asked.

Because I'm not all evil, Jack. I honestly don't want to stay in here and make your life miserable forever.

I thought for a second. So if I talks back, I'll kill him and he'll be gone?

Jack, have you seriously forgotten I'm the voice in your thoughts? I can hear what you're thinking.

"How do I talk back to you?" I asked, desperate to get Alde out my head forever.

That is for you to figure out. You can't do it alone, Jack. You need to find someone who understands you.

"Well that's going to be difficult because you don't let anyone near me." I sighed.

I'm keeping you away from the person who understands you, Jack. Why would I let you near the one person who could easily kill me?

I walked into school and went straight to my homeroom. Death glares were given straight away. I shuffled to the seat at the back . I sat down and spoke again, looking down at my table.

"And who is this 'one person'?" I asked, taking interest in the conversation.

Look up, in front of you.

I frowned, confused and looked up. I saw the back of the boy. His caramel hair was sticking in different places.

"Alex?". I asked, still starring at the boy.

But I'm warning you, Jack. I'll hurt him. You'll hurt him. I'll make you. What?

Aldemar went silent from there, leaving me to think.
