Ivy
Two days ago Zack and the guys told me they would be going on tour for 6 weeks, the tour starts on Wednesday it’s now Monday the bands they are touring with are coming around today. The guys are all excited to be doing a headline tour I like watching them get excited about it, I like seeing others happy; Wishing that I could be as happy as them. Zacks been trying to talk to me about mom and dad more but he just can’t do it, every time he does he freezes up and changes the subject which is good I don’t think I could talk to him about it, I can’t open up to him it would be weird I have a feeling he’s thinking the same. Maybe it’s harder for him, I know he’s trying to do the best he can and I appreciate him looking out for me if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be here right now. I really don’t want them to go on tour again I like them being here, I know when they go away I will pick up that blade again. Dig it deeper, just to watch the crimson color fall down and reach the floor, I won’t have the distraction I have when the guys are about, I mean yeah I’ll have my auntie and uncle but they don’t take much notice of me. I have to stop thinking like that I need to be happy that my brother is pursuing his dream, that he has 3 very good friends that will do anything to make him happy, and to make sure he doesn't turn out like me.
I stop thinking when I hear a light knock on my door and I see the door opening slowly
“hey, Zack told me to tell you that you need to be ready in 10 minutes before the guys turn up, that’s if you want to meet the other bands?”
Rian gives me a questioning look, he can tell I've been upset he walks over to my bed and pulls me into a hug.
“Hey, don’t cry I know that you’re going to miss us but it won’t be for long we will be back before you know it ivy, just think Zack will bring loads of gifts back for you, from different states”His voice was very calming soon my crying stopped
“Ri I’m going to miss everyone so much I've been getting used to everyone being here and now you’re going away again, I’m being selfish I know but I just wish you guys didn't have to keep going away but I am so proud of All time low for breaking out, I just hate it when Zack leaves me” He just pulls me into the hug a little bit more and plants a light kiss on the top of my head
“I better get ready then”
Rian stands up and leaves my room without saying a word
It takes me about 5 minutes to get dressed I leave my face with no makeup and put my hair into a ponytail, I stroll downstairs and into the living room to see a lot of new faces, one thing I’m bad at is meeting new people in large groups, but just walk in and take the only seat that’s free and sit between Jack and Zack and plaster a fake smile upon my face
“Hey guys listen up, this is my little sister Ivy come say hello, she doesn't bite”
Why did he have to say that, I could have sat next to him and be invisible among everyone now they are going to come over and want me to talk.
