I'm Gonna Break Down These Walls
Dreams Only Last For A Night
"Cindy," I heard a voice say from behind me.
I turned around to see who was calling after me only to see Alex. I sighed and began walking faster. I was not in to mood to talk to him.
"Cindy," I heard him shout again.
"What?" I turned around, coming face to face with him. Oh god, we were close to each other.
"I've done some thinking," he said quietly.
I knew what he meant. I could see it as I stared deep into his chestnut brown eyes. His breathing was loud from running. He was staring back into my sea green eyes.
"Thinking about what?" I asked, already knowing the answer.
"You," he said quietly.
We didn't even question what happened next. We both leaned in towards each other until our lips collided oh so smoothly. BAM! There were fireworks exploding all around us. I wanted nothing more than for this moment to last forever. Him kissing me, me kissing him. It was perfect.
Our kiss was interrupted by an annoyingly loud beeping noise. Alex pulled back a little bit.
"Oh no," he said with fear in his eyes.
"What?" I asked him. I was concerned by the look of fear in his eyes.
"I've got to go," he shouted as he was running away from me.
Beep! Beep! Beep! My alarm clock needed to shut up. I slowly arose from my sleeping position to hit the off button. I sat up, yawning loudly while I stretched my arms. I had finally finished my first week of boarding school, and I have to say it's better than I expected.
I have my chemistry class with Rian and Zack which is a fun time. I've got geometry with Alex and Jack who seem to be becoming really good friends. I've also got Alex and JoAnn in my english class. JoAnn seems like a pretty cool girl despite my competition with her. All my other classes are pretty boring with none of my friends in them. Overall though, my Green Hills experience has been a pretty positive one.
I heard a knock on my door. I groaned. I was not ready to get out of bed. I forced myself up and across the room to see none other than Alex Gaskarth staring at me.
