I watched the rain dance across my window. It had been raining all week and there was flooding on campus. This meant that all classes would be cancelled. Thankfully the campus wasn't too flooded for Alex to make his way over to my dorm.

We both sat on my bed with hot coco and curled up in a blanket watching movies. Angela was gone for the day which meant no disruptive comments.

After about an hour, Alex left for the safety of his own dorm due to the conditions of the weather. I was dissapointed by this, but managed to get by. I plugged my iPod into the speakers and scrolled through my music. After a few minutes, I decided on Sempiternal by Bring Me The Horizon. The intro to "Can You Feel My Heart?" Came on and I got shivers down my spine. Something about that song always gets to me.

I logged in to tumblr and spent a few minutes browsing text posts. My music was interrupted by extremely loud siren outside. It sounded like it was on campus, so I looked out my window. They were loading some poor kid onto a stretcher.

I didn't think much of it, and continued to jam out to Bring Me The Horizon. Until a message came in on the intercom.
"A student by the name of Alex Gaskarth has been struck by lightning and transported to the hospital. This is a friendly reminder to all students to stay indoors!"

I didn't obey their commands. I was out of that building faster than you can say danger.

I am back! I've had a hell of a time with homework n shit that I haven't written that much, but I managed to get in an update!
