My mind was a haze as I was coming out of the darkness, it was only a dream...I had just passed out in the club and was now in the hotel room with the boys thats all. But, the pain in my head was telling me otherwise and the smell of medical supplies filled my nose as I took in a deep breath. I squeezed my eyes really hard wanting this all to go away, I wasn't where I thought I was. It never happened, the thing in the ally way never happened.

I brought myself to open my eyes and a blank canvas of white overpowered my eyes. My hospital gown was white, the IV's in my arm were clear, the sheets were white, and every inch of the walls were white. The only thing that wasn't white was a man in jeans and a black tee hunched over in the corner sleeping in the chair. I couldn't see his face but I already knew who it was, no one needed to tell me.

I tried moving around in my small bed but every time I tried too my body would ache. I didn't have to look to know that I was covered in bruises. He wasn't kind or gentle in any way, he was a monster and I hoped he would be stopped soon.

In the middle of contemplating if I should call for a doctor or not a tall man in a white lab looking coat with brown hair and perfectly clear skin walked into the room carrying a clip board. He looked at his notes then looked over at me.

"Ashley, that man sitting over there has been here all night. Refused to leave." he told me and I smiled at that, after all this time he still slightly cared about me.

"anyway i'm Doctor Davis and I will be taking care of you for the remainder of your time here. But, here it says that they want to release you either late tonight or tomorrow morning depending on how you feel. How do you feel?" Doctor Davis asked me checking all the machines to make sure they were okay.

'well every time I move my body hurts and my mind is hazy and i'm 100 percent sure I was raped last night and I, um, I know who it was." I started off strong but pretty soon my voice broke and I started to cry.

Wiping the tears from my face the doctor placed his hand on my shoulder in a reassuring way and offered me a small smile, conforming my beliefs. "We got your rape kit back and its positive and we know who did it." he informed me, I held back my tears and let him finish. "His name is Johnny and they arrested him just under an hour ago and his going to jail for a really long time.

I breathed a sigh of relief and a smile came up upon my face. The threat was gone from my life.

One thing kept bothering me though, where were the guys? Did they even know I was gone?

"Hey" a voice said and my focus went to the man in the chair.

"Hey Dan, thanks for bringing me in" I said

"Ashley, you know I would never leave you hanging. Especially when I saw you last night, it was probably luck but who knows what could have happened if you weren't found. You were covered in blood and were out cold. Your clothes were ripped and shoes missing. I thought you were dead." Dan sobbed standing up and grabbing my hand. "But, your safe and thats all that matters." He smiled down at me and hugged me. I cringed in pain but somehow managed to hug him back.

*Alex's POV*

I woke up in our hotel room my head pounding from last night and the only thing I can recall is Ashley and I kissing and how Zack pulled me away telling me I had a girlfriend and was going to propose to her but, I didn't know if I wanted to anymore.

Clothes were everywhere in our room and i accounted for everybody accept Ashley. Where did she sneak off to? Before I could reach my phone I heard someone opening the door and thought it was Ashley.

"Hey Alex, surprise!" a cheery voice called me and she planted a kiss on my cheek

"Marisssaaa...hey" oh man I thought to myself

*Ashley's POV*

It was nighttime now and the doctor said I could leave now so thats what I was going to do.

"I brought you some clothes Ash" Dan said pulling out a bag from behind the chair.

"Thank God" I said quickly slipping on the clothes and headed to the front to check out with Dan behind me.

I checked out and Dan offered to drive me to the hotel considering the fact that I had no other way out. We drove in silence the twelve blocks to where the guys were staying. Every inch seemed like forever and the awkward tension returned every second.

Deciding to break it I spoke, "How's Kayden?" I asked him. "We got married last month." He smiled, looking at me pure happiness radiated from him. "Wow, i'm so happy for you!" I cheered, I was truly happy for him, he finally was able to settle down.

As we were talking about the wedding he pulled up into the hotel entrance and unlocked the car. "If you ever need anything you now how to reach me." Dan told me, "I know, same for you." I smiled and leaned over kissing him on the cheek and saying goodbye. "Thank you so much, I owe you my life." I said before closing the door.

Walking into the lobby my stomach rumbled and I made a sharp left to the hotel restaurant. Before I could find a table I saw Alex sitting at a table with some other really pretty girl. Standing there dumbfounded I tried to convince myself they were just friends, I mean it didn't really matter anyway because we weren't dating but it would still hurt.

They got up to leave but before they could the girl got down on one knee and seemed to be proposing to Alex. He looked shocked and then smiled. I was numb, I let out a sob and Alex turned and noticed me standing there but before he could react I ran out looking for somewhere to escape.

I had no where to go except to a bar and I drank my pain away. They say the only real way to cure pain is to add a little more, because everything new distracts the old. That's exactly what I was going to do. But, before I found myself in a drug rehab I called one of my friends to see if I could stay with them and after that I couldn't remember much.
