She was sitting in the living room with Tigerlily and the boys. Tigerlily was watching The Little Mermaid and the boys was sleeping,holding each others hands, while Max was sitting by the laptop checking her mail.
Then of course she got a new mail from an unknown sender.

For you Mrs. Gaskarth

The title of the mail said and when Max opened it she froze. It was the long lost pictures of Alex and Jenna kissing at the party. They had never been released to the public, but here she was sitting with an email full of pictures from the party. Jenna kissing Alex, Alex kissing her back and then him pushing her away.
"What is that?" she heard Alex ask behind her. She turned around and she saw that he was really surprised.
"I just got them sent to me… from an unknown sender" Max said and clicked them down. Alex stood still for a moment before he walked over to her, and sat down behind her and wrapped his arms around her.
"I’m sorry you had to see that" he whispered.
"It’s okay, it’s such a long time ago now… I’m just… I wasn’t prepared to get them" she answered and stroked is arm.

Alex wrote out on twitter about his rage to the anonymous sender. But that he and his family was okay, and wouldn’t do anything about it. Little did he know that just that tweet would be the start of something really horrible. To his family, to his band but mostly to himself.

He had finished packing his bag and he turned to Max that stood in the door, leaning agains the frame.
"I know you hate seeing me pack" he said and kissed her.
"It’s okay, at least I know you’re coming back" she said and smiled.
"What’s that supposed to mean?" he asked.
"It’s not like you’re going to Iraq where I’ll probably never see you again" she said, and he looked at her. Then he smiled and squeezed her hand.
"No, I’m not that cool. I’m just a traveling rockstar" he said.
"So how long was this tour?" she asked and swallowed nervously.
"Three months, because we’re doing south america this time as well" he said and nodded.
"Okay" Max said and nodded.
"You can call anytime, and I’ll answer, or answer when I got time" he said and snaked his arms around her waist and looked her in the eye.
"Okay" she said again and nodded some more.
"Come here" he said and brought her in for a hug.
"I’ll have Ed, so i’ll be okay" she whispered.
"I will never, ever, let anything happen to you or our family" he whispered and he felt her smile against his chest.
"I know" she answered him.

Alex left the morning after and Tigerlily cried, like always. Making it hard on Alex and you could see that he was hurt in his eyes.
"I’ll be back in no time love" he said and kissed her, and she grabbed his hair and hugged him. He smiled and kissed her again and she ran over to Max, and hugged her leg while crying. Alex looked up and almost teared up himself. Max smiled and he kissed her as well, before he walked out the door.
"I’ll call you tonight" he said and waved, and Max smiled back.

A few days later she saw Ed drive up and enter the house.
"WHERE IS MY FAVORITE GIRL?" he called out.
"HERE" Tigerlily shouted and ran out in the hall to meet him.
"The boys are sleeping, so can you two please keep it quiet?" Max said and smiled. She was preparing food for herself, Ed and Tigerlily.
"Mama, can I become a lamb?" Tigerlily asked and tugged on Max skirt.
"A lamb?" Max asked and saw that Tigerlily held a new lamb in her arms. Max looked over her shoulder and Ed had his "guilty"-smile on.
"Stop spoiling her" Max laughed.
"Mama, can I?" she asked again.
"Why don’t you ask Ed? I think he knows how to become one" she said and looked at Ed again. Ed laughed.
"Come Tigress, let’s make you into a lamb" he winked and they walked out from the kitchen.

They came back looking like zombies because Ed had rolled toilet paper around them. Max laughed and took a picture of them.
"That’s not a lamb, that’s a zombie" Max said and laughed.
"NO I’M A LAMB" Tigerlily shouted out.
"Okay, okay… you’re a lamb" Max laughed. Tigerlily and Ed sat down by the table, and Max was just about to sit down herself when she saw that someone stopped outside their house. Minutes later the door rang and Max got up.
"Are we expecting someone?" Ed asked.
"Not that I know of" Max shrugged. She walked over to the front door and opened it, and outside there stood a man with grey hair and thick glasses, and two thin women in strict clothes.
"Good afternoon, are you Mrs. Gaskarth?" he asked.
"Yes, that would be me. What is this about?" she asked.
"My name is John Chester, I’m from the Department of Social Services and you and you’re family have been reported to us. We are here to get your kids while the trial is going on” he said and smiled. Max just stared at him.
"What?" she finally asked.
"We’re here to take your kids" he said and walked inside.
