This Love Was Accidental
Chapter 43
P.O.V Alex
*time lapse 2 weeks*
I was officially moving into Jacks today. We had spoken about it a lot and decided that since our wedding was a month away it was best for me to move and get settled before the wedding. The only downside was that Jack was working today so I had to do all the moving myself.
I packed the clothes and stuff I wanted from home and piled them into my car waving bye to my old house and life and driving towards my new house and life with Jack. I didn’t have many boxes, only about 10 but trying to get them up the stairs into Jacks apartment was hard. I wasn’t exactly what you would call strong and these boxes were pretty heavy. I sighed in relief when I finally got all my boxes up the stairs and into my new home. It felt weird to call it home; it was going to take some getting used to. I didn’t know how living with Jack would go, what if we start annoying each other and we start to fight a lot? I didn’t want anything to change between Jack and I and I just hoped this move wasn’t a mistake.
My phone buzzed from somewhere across the room and I hunted through all the crap on the floor to find it. I had a message from Jack

My arms ache L and you have so much crap that there is no room for my stuff
It was true Jacks closet was full of old guitars, shoes, books and clothes. There was absolutely no room for anything of mine. My phone buzzed again.

I’ll make your arms better later babe, I promise x as for all my junk, just leave it and we can sort it later x

But I have nothing to do until later now. I’m boorreed x

Make me dinner like a good housewife?
I laughed out loud at that. He knows I can’t cook for shit but I guess it would maybe be cute if I at least tried to have dinner ready for him coming home. I forgot to answer his text and went to raid his kitchen for stuff to cook for dinner. I found the ingredients for macaroni and got to work.
*timelapse 1 hour*
I had the macaroni in the oven to keep it warm and the table set nicely with candles and everything. I had also found wine in Jacks cupboard so I put that in the fridge to chill, now all I needed was Jack. He was due home any minute now.
I heard his key turn in the lock and the door open. I also heard a huge crash as he tripped over a box I’d left in front of the door, oops.
‘Alex!’ He whined from the hallway.
‘Sorry babe!’ I shouted back to him, plating up dinner and pouring us some whine.
‘You will be!’ He called back. I could hear him begin to walk to the kitchen so I took a seat at the table.
‘You know if this is what livi-‘He trailed off as his eyes observed the scene before them. ‘Alex, you didn’t need to make me dinner babe’
‘But I did, so sit down and shut up’ I joked. He obliged and sat down opposite me, loosening his tie and grinning at me.
‘What are you grinning at?’ I asked
‘Oh just remembering the last time you were drunk’ He said, laughing. I blushed furiously.
‘Shut up!’ I whined and Jack just grinned, tucking into his dinner.
‘Thank you Lex. That was delicious’ Jack said standing up from the table and kissing my cheek.
‘I’m glad you enjoyed it’ I said smiling and taking my plate to the sink, dropping it in. I cupped some water into my hands and threw it at Jack, giggling. He had a big watch patch on his white shirt.
‘Oh very mature Alex’ He said, rolling his eyes as he shoved me out the way of the sink and filled up a glass of water before turning round and smiling innocently at me before pouring the water over my head. He laughed hysterically as the water dripped down my face and on to my clothes.
‘Oh you’re dead Barakat’ I growled at him as I went to lunge for him. He danced out of the way but slipped on the wet floor, falling for the second time that night. I doubled over with laughter as he lay on the wet floor looking startled. My laughter didn’t last long as Jack grabbed my legs and pulled me down on top of him his wet arms encircling me so that I couldn’t move.
‘Gotcha’ He whispered into my ear, biting it gently and making me shiver. ‘No falling asleep on me tonight Gaskarth’
‘Definitely not’ I said as I gently wriggled from his arms so I could position myself over the top of him. His white shirt had gone see through from all the water that had been poured on it. I quickly unbuttoned the shirt and peeled it from his wet body revealing his chest and stomach which were damp from the water. I began to roughly kiss and bite down Jacks chest, probably leaving bruises as I went but he didn’t seem to care as he squirmed and moaned underneath me.
