Things with Jack had improved greatly since that night I found him drunk in his apartment. Everyday he has been getting better and better and has even returned to work now after being off for a little over 3 weeks. 'Class do you remember a few weeks ago I gave you an assignment you had to do?', Jacks voice called out. Oh crap! That assignment was due today and I haven't done it. Jack could tell I didn't do it and a small smirk was playing at his lips. Jack made his way around the class collecting assignment after assignment, it looked like I was the only one who didn't do it.
'Alex? Do you have the assignment?', Jack asked in his best teacher voice.
'Eh no, J-sir. I forgot', I said trying not to turn bright red.
'Well I guess you'll need to stay behind at the end of class', he replied with a big smirk before walking away to continue his lesson.

Thankfully, music was my last class of the day and Jack had just given me the perfect reason to stay behind after school and see him. All the other pupils in my class ran for the door once the bell rang but I stayed in my seat waiting for Jack to speak.
'You know Alex, it makes me very mad when people don't do their homework', Jack said huskily as he walked around the room closing the blinds and locking the door. My heart started to beat faster, what was he doing?
