Alex POV:
(One week later)
“Okay Cass,” pause. “Yes I know that,” pause. “I’ll be home in two weeks, and then we’ll have two weeks to prepare for the wedding.” Pause again. I was getting tired of this. Yeah I know they were getting ready for their wedding but they were always talking before noon. Which just so happened to my time to sleep. I tried to cover my ears with the pillow, but that wasn’t working. I groaned internally before leaning my head out of the bunk.
“Can you keep it down?” I tried to sound polite rather than grumpy.
“Can you wake up? Jesus Christ man it’s almost noon.” Rian bitched at me.
“Just because you’re under wedding stress doesn’t mean you can be an asshole.” I closed the curtain and tried to go back to sleep. That was interrupted by my buzzing phone.
“Hello?” I answered it without bothering to look at the caller ID.
“Good morning sunshine!” Olivia cooed. “I was going to wait a while to call you but I’m getting off work now.”
“Wow, you’re getting off early.” I sat up and looked at the time. It was 12 over here so she was getting off at 2.
“Yeah I’m going with Cassadee for her fitting and then we’re going to get our dresses fitted too.” She sounded like she was getting into her car. I heard her phone switch over to the Bluetooth and she started to talk again. “Sorry if I woke you.”
“Nope, you can thank your ass of a brother for that.” I rolled my eyes and hoped she could hear Rian still talking to Cass over the phone.
“Hey, he should let you sleep.” She laughed, “It’s my job to wake you up in the morning!”
“Yeah,” I laughed. She did call me every morning (or afternoon) to wake me up and I called her every night to make sure that she went to bed okay.
“So what are they talking about now?” She asked.
“Eh, something about him being home in a few weeks.” I scratched my head.
“I know I’m excited to see my man.” She giggled.
“And I’m excited to see you too.” I turned over so I was lying on my stomach.
“Good morning Olivia!” Jack burst into my bunk.
“Good morning Jacky.” She laughed. Jack got out and went into the back lounge to yell good morning to Cass. I leaned out of my bunk to watch it happen. “Good morning Cass!” Jack yelled into the phone.
“So how was work today?” I got myself all the way into the bunk again.
“Terribly boring,” She sighed. “But on the bright side, Drew finally got a job with us.”
“Oh that’s cool.” I didn’t really like Drew. He was a little too close with Liv. But they did grow up together…
“I was starting to get tired of him popping in randomly, but now it’s going to be scheduled.” She changed back to her phone. “Well I’m at the dress shop now, I’ll call you later.”
“Alright Liv,” I said, “I love you.”
“I love you too Lexy.” She hung up. I sighed and rolled around in my bunk going through twitter for a little while before deciding to get up. Jack was sitting in the front part of the bus eating some cereal while Rian was in the back of the bus probably texting Cass. Zack was doing who knows what in the back lounge. I went into the front of the bus and poured myself a bowl of cereal. I sat down on the couch and turned on the TV. I stopped on a channel that was talking about space.
Olivia POV:
“Okay Cass I’m here.” I went into the fitting area to see her mom already sitting in the chairs. “Where’s Cass?”
“Right here,” She stepped out from behind one of the curtains in her dress.
“You look beautiful.” Her mom started to tear up. A woman added a veil and some jewelry to complete her look.
“Wow Cass…” I walked up to her and rested my head on her shoulder. “Pretty soon, you’re going to be a Dawson too.”
“I know.” A tear rolled down her cheeks. “Thank you.” She pulled me into a tight hug. She let go so she could wipe away the stray tears.
“You won’t be my baby girl anymore.” Her mom got up from the couch.
“I’ll always be your little girl mom.” Cassadee got off the stand and over to her mom. They hugged for a while and I pulled out my phone. Sarah texted me to let us know that she was already at the other dress shop with Lilly waiting for us.
“I hate to cut this short,” I turned off my phone and put it in my purse. “But Sarah and Lilly are already at the dress shop waiting for us so we can do the fitting.”
“Alright, and Ashley was driving out here again so she’ll be over there soon.” Cassadee went back into the room after her mom unzipped her dress. I went out to my car and met the other girls at the dress shop. We decided to slip into our dresses while Cass was driving over with her mom. I went into the changing room and slipped on my dress with ease, it was lovely. Cass picked out the dresses and I must say, she had great taste. There was a flower girl there too and she was going to be getting her dress today. I smoothed out the front of the dress and did a quick twirl. I smiled and stepped out of the fitting room. Ashley and Sarah were already in their dresses and in front of Cass.
“Oh my gosh Olivia!” Cassadee beamed. “You look great!”
“Not as great as you did!” I walked over to them as we waited for Lilly to walk out of her room. She stepped out of the room and had her natural red hair falling down her shoulders.
“Oh my gosh Lil!” Cassadee stood up. “You’re all going to look so great!” She had her hands on her cheeks. “I can’t wait for everything to be perfect!”

Hey guys so most of you have probably started school already but I'm starting next week. Updates won't be as often because I have Honors English and AP World History. I'm going to have so much homework so I might not update everyday or I'll just do it a few times a week (two or three).Olivia's Outfit
