Jack's P.O.V.

She finally came out to the car, I was getting tired and couldn't wait to go to sleep, plus we had a big show tomorrow but still, I didn't mind doing this at all, I really liked her but not the usual way, I cared about her like she was my best friend, I never actually get to hang out with a lot of girls on tour since I would always be with the guys, I mean, I had plenty of one night stands but no real friends that were girls so I thought this might be nice.

She gave me the directions to her apartment, it was only a few corners away so it didn't take long, when I pulled up in front of her door she hopped out, I decided to walk her to her door, she seemed a bit confused by this but took my hand when I held it out for her, then, when we were standing right outside her apartment I decided to do the funniest thing; I knelt down in front of her, you should have seen the look on her face, priceless. "Will you, Kelsey idontknowyourlastnameyet, be my...." I waited a little before finishing my sentence, she was so confused at what I was doing and she looked like she wanted to hit me. "...Best friend forever and shopping buddy?!!" "Oh my god Jack! What kind of a way to ask me was that?!!! And of course I want to!!!" I opened up my arms to hug my new best friend and she jumped right into them, it meant nothing more but a hug between friends, and I was glad for it.

Before letting her out of my arms I started singing " so, you and Alex sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G -" "shut up Jack!" She slapped her hand over my mouth so I couldn't finish the song. Even in the dim light from the street I could tell she was blushing. "You know damn well that I like him and it's obvious your purposely putting us together all the time and THAT is the most bestfriend-ish thing that you could possibly be doing. I'm just not so sure that he likes me as much as I like him..." Was she blind? Or crazy maybe? How could she not see how much he liked her already?! "Oh come on Kels, I'm sure he likes you, he's just a little shy..." I was sure of this, he tells me everything, and what he doesn't tell me I just know. I know him what could be considered too well and I've only ever seen him feel that way about one girl before, but that was something else, it changed him so much.

Kelsey pushed me away a little, "You can ask Alex for my number, I'll text you guys tomorrow to see if we could make plans to hangout sometimes soon so that maybe I could go shopping with my best friend later this week! See ya!" And with that she walked inside and I drove off to go back to my hotel room, I had to ask Alex about what had happened today and this evening, he must be a wreck right now, ugh, so many emotions, good ones!
