We were led on Alex's bed with one earphone in each listening to Green Day. I took my earbud out.
"Alex?" I asked.
"Yeah?"
"Jack called you a dick head when he realised who you were, and he said you'd use me, can you like explain that a bit for me?" I asked.
"Oh god, well basically when we went to school together, he didn't get on with anyone in his year and I felt sorry for him, so I sat with him at lunch one day and we soon became best friends, we even started talking about starting a band together. But then I started sleeping around a bit, I'll admit, I'm ashamed of that, but we all make mistakes. He then got in a piss with me a lot because I was always with a girl. We then completely fell out when I slept with a girl he liked. I changed my ways after that, and now I only have sex if I'm in a relationship." He said. Wow, There's a lot that Jack never told me.
"Wow, also, why did he suddenly turn on me?" I asked.
"Well, its not my place to sat, but you deserve to know. He can't admit if he's done something wrong, his head sort of messes with him. He then blames everything he did on the person he did it to. That's why he can't hold out a friendship, because he gets like that. He also has... Issues from his past that he hasn't dealt with, and if something happens now where the scene looks remotely like something that happened in his past, he flips out and gets agressive. Like today in the kitchen when I was sat and you were standing, it reminds him of when his parents told him his Grandpa died, so he flipped out. If you hadn't told me to sit back down when I got up, he would've took it out on me, not you. You may or may not get an apology, but for now, keep your dstance" He said. I just sat there and took a minute to let it all sink in.
"So, not saying this in a rude way, but what you're saying is that Jack's crazy?" I asked.
"Pretty much"
"But, why did he try to kiss me?" I asked.
"That is one thing I can't answer. Maybe he likes you" He said.
"Yeah, anyway, I'm going to sleep now, I'm so tired" I said. I rolled over and felt Alex's body press up against mine. It felt good to fall asleep in someone's arms.

I woke up the next morning at 6am, my usual time and made my way to the bathroom. I took my toothbrush out of my bag and brushed my teeth, I then washed yesterday's make up off and applied some eye liner and mascara. I got dressed and curled my hair, then went back into Alex's room. He was still asleep, so I got my laptop out of my bag and started my English essay. You're probably thinking that with parents like mine, how do I have a phone and a laptop ect. Well almost everything I own I had to save up my for with my Saturday job money.

Its 10 o'clock and I finished my essay, and after playing about every internet game I know, I was bored, so I put my laptop away and decided to wake Alex up. I stood on the bed and started jumping and singing
"Wake up Alex!" He finally woke up and pulled me down onto the bed for a hug.
"How long have you been up?" He asked.
"Since 6, I did my homework and everything" I said.
"Jesus woman, what's wrong with you getting up that early?" He asked.
"I do it every morning to make everyone breakfast, speaking of which, I'm starving" I said.
"Well let me get ready and we'll go out for food" He said, getting up. I sat there and watched him try to find clothes. He found a shirt and took his shirt off to change. I have to admit, he has a pretty good body. And before you start making assumptions, no I do not like him like that, he's just a friend. He changed his boxers and jeans in the bathroom and did everything else he needed to do. He then came back in the room.
"So, you ready?" He asked.
"Hells yeah!" I said, and we left. I never realised that this would be the best breakfast I'll ever have.
