We've been in this cute little diner for 20 minutes waiting for our food.

"Well, you go through all this shit, like with your parents and Jack and most people I know would probably be crying on the floor having a breakdown right now but you, you're just I don't know. You're a strong person Lauren and that amazes me." I was speechless.

"Don't be, I'll be fine" I said. We didn't talk again until our food got here. I ordered an egg and bacon sandwich and so did Alex.
"Omg, this is heaven in a sandwich" Alex said.
"I know, its orgasmic." I replied. Alex just laughed at my comment. We finished our food and ordered an ice cream sundae to share. We were quite happily eating when I looked over Alex's shoulder and started fangirling badly.
"Alex, its Paramore." I said. He turned around. They were walking past when Alex got their attention.
"Excuse me, but we're both massive fans" Alex said. They stopped and took a picture with us.
"Oh my gosh, how did you get that?" Hayley Williams asked, pointing at my fading black eye.
"Sit down, it's a long story" I said. They all sat down and I explained my situation at home and with Jack. They all had a sympathetic look on their face.
"Look, we're playing a show tomorrow. Turn up at 2pm, 4 hours before doors open, call me and I'll come out and get you" Hayley said as she gave me her number, I gave her mine as well.
"Is this seriously happening?" Alex asked. They all laughed then said their goodbyes and left us sat there in shock.
"Can you believe that just happened?" Alex squealed.
"No, this is the best day ever." I said. We finished off out ice cream and then went back to mine.
"Alex, do you wanna stay here tonight?" I asked him.
"Sure, let me just go get my stuff" He said. He quickly went back to his while I changed my bed sheets and cleaned my room a little. When I finished that, I started playing stay strong by Artist Vs Poet.

"I've just had an idea. Why don't we make this a duet and play it to Paramore tomorrow?" He asked.
"That's a great idea!" I said. We then spent the rest of the day working on making his song a duet. We even made another guitar part for me.
"Lauren, I'm hungry!" He said.
"Well my parents did leave $500 for shopping money, lets get pizza" I said. We ordered a pizza and when it got here, we ate it downstairs while watching some crappy drama show and laughing at it.
"You're such an amazing friend Alex, I'm glad you fell out of that tree" I said. He laughed.
"Me too. I'm so glad we met" He replied.
"I'm seriously looking forward to tomorrow" I said.
"Yeah. Me too, but guess what?" He asked.
"What?" I smiled. He hit me in the face with a pillow
"PILLOW FIGHT!" He shouted. I laughed and hit him back. We continued to throw pillows at each other for about 10 minutes until we both collapsed on the sofa.
"I think we should go to bed, we've got a big day tomorrow" Alex said. I agreed and we went upstairs to put our pyjamas on. I grabbed my pyjamas out of my draw and started to undress until I turned around to find Alex completely naked facing away from me.
"Alex, you're meant to get changed in the bathroom!" I squealed. He turned around and for about a minute we were both completely naked staring into each others eye.
"Never mind, I'll go in the bathroom" I said and walked out. I wont lie, you could cut the tension with a knife back there. I got changed and walked back into the bedroom like nothing happened. I crawled into bed and switched the light off. Alex cuddled me again.
"Night Alex" I said.
"Night babe" He replied. He called me babe again. I stayed awake most of the night, letting my thoughts run wild.
